I got a generic disapproval email for the platform. I reached out to support, which took roughly an hour of chatting. After a day of investigation, I got back "your store will remain inactive. For privacy and security reasons, we cannot provide details around your specific store" which seems to kinda defeat the purpose of contacting support. It was frustrating to spend a lot of time on my end and provide so much data to them with this outcome. Additionally, the support team seemed kinda trigger happy on selling me on other unrelated advertising products, which is super annoying.

When this app created a store in the Microsoft Merchant Center, it doesn't use my custom domain but instead used the Shopify domain like something.myshopify.com, but later when it uploaded my products, it used my custom domain. Due to the domain mismatch, all my products got rejected, and that caused me a lot of troubles!

I can't even complete registration because it says my country doesn't match. I am a U.S. citizen, located in the U.S., with a registered U.S. business. We both could have made money off this....one star.

If there was a negative * option this app would rate it. Prepaid the campaign, it wont start all, no flags, no support, no feedback other than an automated bot that you likely see below this review. I can't stress enough the frustration having to deal with this platform. WARNING! Stay clear, you only have so many days on this earth... don't go down this rabbit hole..you will regret every second of it. I do hope some live person at MS does take the time to look over these reviews. "Not Likely" my suspicion is he/she/etc probably still sitting in a cubicle still debugging Win 3.1 and have not opened their email folder in years. So you can gather from my little rant...take it as a public service announcement... Danger,,Danger you'll grow old in this labyrinth... best to warn others and call it a day...Avoid, Live long...and prosper..

The sales channel is great and very easy to setup and to use. We have yet to see any traffic funneled from Microsoft, but we are hopeful

Doesn't work if your store uses custom policy pages. We are trying to set this up and can't get it done because there's a "checklist" your store must comply with to be able to use the app. One of the requirements is to have a Privacy and Terms policy pages done THROUGH SHOPIFY. We have these as custom pages on our website, and the app won't recognize them. It keeps redirecting us to the native Shopify functionality which we don't want to use.

Does not work, Looking for another App. I have downloaded and reinstalled multiple times to see if it works - Keeps getting this Error "We're currently unable to validate your credentials. Please disconnect and then reconnect to your Microsoft Advertising account to fix this issue." However there is no prompts or option to connect to the Microsoft Advertising Account. I reached out to Support Also, they asked me to Upload a Screenshot but still no reply. If i get some kind of resolution, will update my review.

I used this app to increase sales.. What I dont like is that to complete the full setup process it seems you need to install this app.

I disconnected my Microsoft Merchant account from the app and then uninstalled, cleared cookies. This worked. Not sure why I did this earlier today. I have been working with one tech support agent only, Glenn, and he's changed my mind on Microsoft ads. Google has lost my business.
