I'm really impressed with MIDA Fraud IP Blocker! The app is easy to set up and does exactly what it promises - blocking unwanted bot traffic and suspicious visitors. But what truly stands out is the exceptional support from Annette and the MIDA team! She was incredibly patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was configured correctly. The response time was lightning-fast, and she even offered the app for free as a gesture of goodwill. It's rare to find such dedicated and friendly support, especially from a small team. You can tell they really care about their customers! Highly recommended for anyone dealing with bot traffic or fraud issues. Thank you, Annette and the MIDA team!

Had lots of issues with BOTS on my site - LUCY was so helpful at helping me learn the basics - what to check/not check - and to understand what each things was ... really hoping this helps decrease this nasty activity!

the app is great! i love how i can individually see each customer's ip address and can manually set rules to block ip addresses

Eric did a great job in his explanation of the app. I have had an extreme problem with fraud Bots. His patience and knowledge were a tremendous help. I highly recommend this team. I will return to rewrite a review after I see success in real time in terminating this problem. LLB

I was searching for a way to filter the spam and fraud and came across MIDA. I was skeptical at first but gave it a try nonetheless. WORKS PHENOMENAL. You can block, whitelist, and even redirect from IPs to Countries & Regions. It works great. Shoutout Chloe for helping with getting it set up in my store. This is a 5/5 stars from me so far!
