We recently installed MIDA on our store, and although it's still early, I’m quite pleased with its performance so far. After reviewing the analytics, I can see that suspicious IP addresses are being blocked effectively. We've been dealing with a significant amount of bot traffic, so we needed a solution to help mitigate the problem. One feature that impressed me was the ability to add a specific name to a checkout rule and have it blocked instantly. That process worked seamlessly. I plan to give it a few more days to fully evaluate its effectiveness, but so far, for the first time in a while, I’m genuinely optimistic about the results.

This app is easy to set up and monitor. I had a lot of bot traffic happening from Latin American and Asia where I do not sell. This was distorting my analytics. Now it is completely stopping this traffic from the site. Highly recommend!

The settings of this application are very simple and the blocking effect is excellent. Previously, there were many robots on my website constantly placing orders at prices below $10. Now, with the use of this application, these robot orders have all been blocked, and the website data has returned to normal. Thank you very much.

This is a very useful app. It solved my bot problem and helps protect my website from fraudulent activity. The customer service was also excellent and very helpful. Easy to setup and easy to create rules for blocking not just bots, but also IPs, countries, and more. Lots of great features. Would highly recommend.

I have only installed this app today, but based on what I am seeing it appears to have everything I need to stop my ongoing problems with bots running credit cards and placing fraudulent orders, saving me a huge headache, not to mention time and money. I had become very discouraged with Shopify seeing all my stats and customer lists get driven into the dust by something I was completely unable to prevent. Mida seems to have the solution for all of these things so far and customer service (Alicia) has been incredibly helpful, patient and kind. I am overjoyed and actually look forward to working on my website again after a year of misery!

I have been using MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker and like what I am getting. I can see where visitors are coming from, how long they spend onsite, and who is getting blocked. It also shows me who is using a vpn, which is not necessarily a bad thing, but could be an indicator of someone hiding their true location. I started with MIDA because we had a spate of what looked like bots visiting the site placing unusual orders. That has not repeated, but I think this is a tool to help out. Last, but not least, the people on the other end of the chat line are extremely helpful. My entire experience with this app and the support have been over the top.
