MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

The app is versatile and has a large number of features. I am currently using the bot blocking feature but will use some of the others too.

I recommend MIDA. They help save hundreds of dollars in processing fees and lost COGS with their fraud monitoring checkout system. Customer support is very helpful.

I am not tech savvy but this app is pretty simple and the support is very helpful.

Honestly a game changer and I don't say it lightly. As an apparel company we've had issues with bots, scrapers and people trying to copy us over seas. This has helped us so much that our conv rates are finally usable we would have days where we were stuck at 1% conversion rate since there were so many bots on our sites now with this were at a 3%+ which is where we're normally at. Its just much better data can't recommend this enough

Really comprehensive in tools for establishing blocking rules and blocking specific ips. Navigation is also pretty intuitive and integrates well with shopify. It's the kind of security that should be a default part of the shopify interface. Also customer service is very good about keeping in touch and answering questions within a timely manner.

I wasn't sure which app to choose for this as my store is still new, and honestly I had no idea where to start. I decided to take a chance on this app, and I'm very glad I did. It does exactly what I needed it to do and was easy to set up. I also want to give a special thank you to Lilian from customer support. Even late on a Friday evening, she was incredibly helpful, patient, professional and kind. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and Lilian went above and beyond to help me. So far, my experience has been excellent. I will definitely continue using this app and would happily recommend it to other Shopify store owners. I genuinely hope the team does well because they deserve the success.

The installation was very straightforward, and the settings are very customizable. Blocks can be written as specifically as letters included in a spammers email address. The interface for navigating these settings is clear and intuitive, and if you ever have any issues, MIDA's help chat is responsive and the staff are respectful, professional, and thorough in solving any problems you may be experiencing. This is a crucial app in my tool set for protection from bots.
