Simple to install and set up. Quick customer support.

The app and it's easy to set up. Their customer support team is fast, friendly, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions!!

So far so good, customer service is great in lending a hand, the interface is easy to use and I'm looking forward to MIDA fixing my bot issues.

Great app, very easy to set up and actually useful. The bot detection helped us identify and reduce a wave of suspicious automated traffic without having to block entire countries or networks. Support was also very responsive. Definitely worth having for extra visibility and protection on Shopify.

One of what appears to be many hundreds of Shopify Stores being bombarded by card testing bots. The install was easy; I needed a little guidance and spoke to Annette, who was very helpful and managed to get the App up and running to start blocking bots. I have blocked some already, which i am very happy about. This looks like a very useful tool in the constant battle to ensure data is secure, etc. Thank you, Annette for your help!

So far so good, we are trying to stop bots, and bad traffic, especially fraud. The app has been easy to use so far, and the help chat has been great!

Good app with useful features and a simple setup. It works well for monitoring traffic and blocking unwanted visitors without making things complicated. The dashboard is easy to use, and overall the app has been reliable for our store.
