I would give them zero stars if I could. After trying to set it up which took a while, it ended up denying access to even my current clients. All was set up with their team, and we were assured that all is done correctly on our site. However, we just found out that for several days, we made clients frustrated and angry and probably lost some of them for good. Be very very careful !

I waited for assistance for 8 hours. In the end, I had to make a scene, and even then they still couldn’t do anything. I only wanted to restrict access to certain countries - which is exactly what this application is supposed to be for - but I never managed to do it, even with their half-asleep “support.”

Early days, but installation quick and easy. Good supporting help articles and friendly and responsive support. Simple and well explained user interface. It seems to be doing what it says on the tin.

I really needed some help blocking bots from creating thousands of fake customer profiles. I wasn't sure how to do the initial set up, so I reached out to their customer service with my questions. The team was helpful, easy to understand and quick to respond.

It is very helpful to learn where potentially fraudulent IP addresses are coming from, and to see just how many attempt to access our store. We've set up filters to minimize this traffic, which is simple to do with this app. We're glad to have it working for us.
