A terrible app that inserts fields into Shopify without permission that can't be deleted afterwards, and it also has no real support. Stay away from this app, it ends up causing damage to the store that is then very difficult to repair.

Connecting the Shopify App to the Mirakl Account does not work (Internal server error #500). Very bad experience and no available customer support to get help, only an useless AI chatbot.

We’ve been using Mirakl Connect to sync B&Q marketplace orders with Shopify, and the experience has been frustrating from start to finish. The app fails to transfer essential VAT information from Mirakl into Shopify, so every order appears as zero VAT. This is completely incorrect and makes the orders unusable for invoicing or accounting. This is not a minor issue. It creates real problems for tax compliance and financial reporting. Support confirmed that this limitation is known. There is no way to map additional fields, and no built-in tools to generate correct invoices. If you need accurate tax handling, proper order records, or anything beyond the bare minimum sync, this app will not meet your needs.

B&Q creates orders initially without tax information and only adds these details after shipping. Laisse des meta champ dans ma boutique est impossible de les supprimer
Merci de nous avoir remonté ce point. Malheureusement, il n’est pas possible pour nous de supprimer un méta-champ une fois l’application désinstallée, car l’accès à votre boutique nous est retiré immédiatement. Nous avons contacté Shopify afin de voir comment résoudre cette situation et améliorer l’expérience. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, we are unable to delete a metafield once the app is uninstalled, as we immediately lose access to your store. We have reached out to Shopify to understand how we can resolve this issue and improve the experience.

Terrible app we are force to use it because of a client i have been contacting them for over a week to speak with someone because there is a technical problem and they wont even answer me i use many other plattform never had happen that there is an issue and nobody to contact as well all of the answers are ready answers they dont even reed whats the issue i ship and manage many accounts never had such an issues as this company if you can dont use them hopefully after they see this messge someone will contact me

An incompetent app, though it gets the job done to a great extent. Also, it's not like you have another option unless you sit it down and code the API for each marketplace on Mirakl. Can you imagine that they do not provide Location selection for inventory management? Total inventory is included in all Mirakl marketplaces automatically. We have been warning them for 3 years without success. It does not look like they care much about their Shopify connector.

poor integration, it fails on updates, it fails on delivery and customer service. poor integration with delivery companies. the sync between pricing and product inventory is not seamless and causes issues. If there is another platform, that would work better then that is where we will go.

Very difficult to use. Not intuitive. You have to make changes to every product to get the product catalog to import into a single account which means you might as well just do it on there website.
