While we found it challenging at times to reach the technical support team and resolve issues quickly, our account managers consistently went above and beyond to assist us, advocate on our behalf, and help move things forward. Although we experienced technical challenges that made the platform difficult to integrate into our workflow, we appreciated the team’s willingness to listen to our concerns and work with us toward a resolution. As a growing brand, we value partners who are open to feedback and committed to continuously improving their platform.

Per se eine gute App. Leider funktioniert die Kommunikation in Verbindung mit der DHL App nicht so gut. Sendungsnummern aus DHL (die in Shopify der Bestellung zugeordnet werden) werden nicht automatisch an Mirakl weitergegeben. Aktuell muss ich jede Sendungsnummer einzeln (händisch) aus Shopify in Mirakl übertragen...

I have been using Mirakl for years and it has been a great addition to our business. The customer support is useless for any technical issue with the marketplaces, but except that all good. 4 out 5 just because of their customer support not assisting with anything when we had issues with a marketplace selling our prices at a different prices that indicated.

I understand the criticism below but for basic use of the order and stock synchronization, it's more than enough compared to the competition that costs a lot of money. So we're overall very happy with the Mirakl connection, even though we're waiting for more functionality in the upcoming year.
