A great app. We have big plans for it and with such a simple set up and training of the bot, we were live in no time. Customer service has been very responsive and so far it's been a great success for us. Responses and language are typically excellent. For a 'no-coder' team it does need to be more simple to implement deeper customisable elements and more powerful integrations with apps like Klaviyo would really help us. Not being able to directly 'add to cart' within the bot (instead it just links to PDPs) is frustrating, but there are fairly regular updates to the app which have so far been well received.

Really happy with this one. Setup took maybe 5 minutes and I didn't need to read any documentation to figure it out. It covers the basics you actually need for automating customer service in an online store, nothing more, nothing less. When I did have a question, the team got back to me quickly over email. Good value for a lean operation.

We evaluated several providers before selecting Molin, and its performance stood out immediately. The speed and quality of its responses were noticeably superior to anything else we tested. We also value how easily customisable the platform is, particularly the ability to train it ourselves to suit our specific needs. Initially, the inbox functionality didn’t fully meet our expectations. However, the support team took our feedback on board and implemented meaningful improvements that aligned with our workflow. As a result, we’re now very satisfied with that aspect as well. Overall, Molin offers excellent value for money, combining strong performance, a user friendly architecture and flexibility.

Very bad app! I paid the the Startup plan, they billed me 180$ but still place me at the free plan for whole year. I have no option to cancell the subscription. I asked for refund and cancel the subscription. No reply, This September they are going to bill me another 180$. I asked for help from Shopify, they said they have no control over the 3rd party app. See... Do not ever install this app! Update after your reply: that's not true, đó not white wash the facts. I have all the screenshots and sent to Shopify support that my plan was on free plan (25 ms/month) even I have paid for Startup plan the last year. I have twice contacted Molin AI via "get support" from the app. The Shopify agent asked me to do so. I have again not recommended anyone to use Molin AI app. Bad support and lying!
Thank you for your review. We couldn't find any emails, calls or chats from you on our support channels ([email protected] or via our AI chatbot). Your account was on the Startup plan until you deleted the chatbot. The subscription has now been cancelled, so you won't be billed again. Although the AI chatbot was actively used from September 2024 to August 2025, we have processed a refund as a goodwill gesture. You could have cancelled any time, and in most cases we process refunds if contacted early. In this case, it seems you used the app for a full year. We'd be happy to continue supporting your shop and help you train your AI better to deliver even more value. We’ve had a good experience with Molin AI so far. The setup process was pretty simple, and the support team was responsive and helpful. The ability to customize the chatbot's personality through prompts is really useful. It helps ease the load on our customer service by handling common questions and suggesting products effectively!

Molin was really easy to set up and it worked immediately. Fewer shoppers are messaging my team with support questions now and I see that Molin can correctly answer almost all of them. AI Agents are definitely the future.

Integrating Molin into our shop has been amazing! I never thought that one day I'd have my own AI, but I do now :D The setup was super easy and we immediately saw a huge reduction in support. The AI's ability to understand and respond to questions is insane. I hate to say it, but a lot better than most of the humans out there... It took me a while to understand how I can give instructions to my AI, but I reached out to the team and they gave me a live demo a few hours later. I'm super satisfied and would recommend Molin to all store owners!
