We have only just started using the App to connect our 6 shopify stores to manage inventory. The set up was a bit tricky to understand, however the Support responded with lightning speed and offer expert assistance. Early days buy it does what it says it will and the support is there.

This app is perfect for us. We are using this app to syncronise stock inventory between stores (stand alone shop, each shop has their own shopify backend). I also use this app for an additional shop (different brand) for stock and collection sync (single sync for all new collections). the service is perfect - Alexis was immediately available and answered all my questions and guided me through a few app settings / adjustments. Perfect app & amazing support - thank you guys!

Good app. Does all what is required of it. Support was great to answer queries. usually app support doesn't get on a call with the merchant but these guys did for which they deserve all the applause.

One of the absolute worst apps we have tried (and we have had it for 1 year time to give them room to improve that is not working). Do not download this app- choose Tipo instead which works like a charm. This app will give you soooo much problems and have made us loose so much money on constant glitches and also constant errors in sync. The service team will once in a while tell you they are aware about the issues and then they are never fixed. Our bottom line was when they now said they know about a very severe sync issue that cause us finanical losses every day but said "we will fix it by sept 8th....". At the date of Sept 1.... Their lack of respect is abnourmous.

We used this app for around two years, it was always a bit glitchy and a bit slow but it generally worked. 2 weeks ago our products stopped syncing to our destination store (even though the dialogue box showed that the sync was successful). I contacted support and was met with an incredibly condescending response that we must have changed the settings (we didn't). 6 frustrating emails later, the development team conceded that they had indeed updated the software (without any notification), and the app would no longer work for us. Average product, terrible service, we've moved on.

Best app ever , very functional, but the best is the 24/7 support by Safouh Addas made this app very easy for us and a stress-free process, always available and extremely efficient, i recommend this app mostly because of the technical support provided. Thank you so much Safouh, excellent job !

The support team is fantastic, they guided me through all the process to set up the app. Even though we just started using it, we can tell it will help leveling our stock in two of our stores really smoothly.

Fantastic service - wonderfully powerful app that meets our needs perfectly. Their support team talked me through an issue we had with our settings within the app and taught me patiently how to overcome the issue (which was a problem we had created, not with the app itself). Would 100% recommend this to others based on it's performance and usability.

This is by far the best app support I've received from a Shopify App developer. The app works perfectly for my store and while it was a little confusing to set up on my own, their support team suggested a quick Google Meet call and they solved all of my issues immediately. If I could give them 6 stars I would!

Seamlessly syncs our Canadian and US online stores so we don't have to re-enter every product. Customer service has always responded to questions/requests/issues within a few hours, and are extremely patient and thorough when assisting you. Highly recommend.
