Probably the worst customer service I have ever dealt with with a Shopify app. After repeatedly asking them to not resync my products as this would ruin all of the pricing my team spent hours doing, they did it anyway. My team had to go through everything again and reprice the items. Terrible Terrible would not recommend to anyone

We've been using Tipo Multistore to selectively sync product fields and metafields across multiple Shopify stores, and it works seamlessly. Laura from support has been consistently responsive and helpful—big thanks for making things easy for us. Highly recommend!

Fantastic app that links all of our stores seamlessly. We find it invaluable to ensure accurate syncing of stock, product descriptions / images & pricing across all stores. I have to say also that the support is second to none. We've been supported by Laura, who is consistently kind, patient & incredibly speedy in her response. Thoroughly recommend Tipo.

Funktioniert gut. Wir benutzen die App schon 2 Jahre ohne Fehler. Wir hatten ein paar Einrichtungsprobleme. Diese wurden innerhalb 24 Stunden gelöst. Der Customer Service is sehr schnell und klärt die Fragen schnell.

Very useful app with great customer service. Take a little time to look at the settings and get the app running just how you need, help from customer service is excellent should you need it.

Horrible customer service, not answering the email. After 5 days of having a lot of issue with the orders, no asnwer. I had to unistall the app because was creating a lot of issues. Do not install this app if you have 1+ store to sync, the app is not working and they don't help you fixing the bugs.

It is easy to work enough. Of course as with anything there were questions and some miner issues mostly due to the fact that some things we didn't know how to handle. Laura was there to help so everything got cleared up pretty quickly. We use the app to sync the inventory between two stores in two different languages. I strongly advice to set all settings carefully before you hit that sync button and check the tutorial. Also back things up. Just in case ;)

We've been using the Tipo Multistore app for a while now, and it’s been such a time-saver. Syncing products and keeping everything aligned across multiple Shopify stores used to be a headache — but this app really simplified the process. I also want to give a big shoutout to Laura from their support team. She was super friendly, quick to help, and made everything way less stressful. Really appreciate her support! If you're managing more than one store, this app is definitely worth it.
