One thing that really stands out about working with Webkul is their support team. Whenever we needed help or had questions, their team responded quickly and provided clear guidance. It’s reassuring to know that reliable assistance is available when managing a live multivendor marketplace. We also recently implemented the new theme for the Shopify Multivendor Marketplace, and it has been a very positive upgrade for our platform. The first thing we noticed was how much more professional the marketplace looks. The layout feels clean, modern, and well organized, which immediately made our site appear more polished and trustworthy. Presentation matters a lot for a marketplace, and this theme definitely improves the overall visual quality of the platform. Our sellers have also benefited from the update.
