Webkulhas everything we need to build and manage our marketplace on Shopify (finally!). We were fully up and running within 24 hours, and the setup process was smooth and intuitive (Thanks Abhisehk). The customer support team was responsive, professional, and very helpful at every step. Excellent experience overall. ***No calendly integration. Stripe integration is complexe/complicated. Dashboard is functional but looks outdated. Now following up with customer support.

The app is great for a marketplace environment. We have been using it for around 2 years now. Most of the user interface is self explanatory. It gets a bit tricky if you want to integrate this with Shopify. We've had issues with Metafields not synching with Shopify Metafields for at least 6 month. After several back and forward we discovered that the synch fails if a metafield in shopify is assigned to a product category. In order to synch data entered into the Webkul fields to shopify we had to remove al shopify assigned categories. Now a metafield for T-shirt size will also show up for Heating supply products. I hope that Webkul development can take a few moments out of there schedule and ensure full implementation with Shopify Metafields.

Thank you so much for sharing your valuable feedback and for being with us for the past two years. We completely understand your concern regarding the metafield synchronization with Shopify. The main issue here is that currently, we do not support custom fields based on taxonomy. The setup you are using relies on Shopify’s taxonomy structure, which is why the synchronization isn’t working as expected. That said, we’ve noted this as an enhancement request and added it to our to-do list for future development. In the meantime, we would recommend enabling the Manage Product Taxonomy Category Configuration feature. This will help ensure that once full compatibility with Shopify Metafields is implemented, your products will already have the necessary taxonomy assigned. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re committed to making the app even better for you and all our marketplace users :)

good app, but 1 main GST compliance as per India is not available yet. The GST 'value' breakup on invoice which they miss communicated and didnt inform properly

I was not allowed to make a 4 star review. They were friendly and kind and a little bit pushy at times. The reason for my 4 starts instead of 5. They kept me on the line insisting that I give them a 5 start review. They abruptly and angrily ended the call when I tried to explain to them why I was giving a 4 star review. Once they hung up on me. The issue that was initially fixed reverted back to the same problem I called in about. This has caused me totfurther reduce the rate to 3 stars. Davinyshka could have gotten a 5 start review had she continued on the line with me

This app has true potential however there's still several outstanding items that make it not perfect. Then, when you try to figure out these issues and reach out to support you are responded to with a boilerplate response that links to an article that you've already read and didn't help. Support needs some real improvement before this app can work for larger stores like ours.

Server slow.. layout difficulty Some functions are great but other still lack of development. $30/month for this is a ripe off.
