In my personal experience, this has been one of the worst apps I have ever worked with on Shopify. I installed it with the expectation that it would provide stable integrations and reliable marketplace sync, but from the beginning I encountered constant technical issues, glitches, and inconsistent behavior across multiple features. Over time, these problems created real operational difficulties for my store. Basic actions failed, errors kept returning, and important parts of the app did not function as advertised for me. One of the biggest issues I faced was the marketplace integration (for example with Etsy), which continuously produced errors, failed syncs, and incomplete data transfers. This alone caused massive disruption to my workflow, leading to delays, incorrect listings, and lost time trying to manually fix things that the app was supposed to handle. I repeatedly contacted support to get these issues resolved. Unfortunately, my experience with support was also negative. Instead of constructive guidance or efficient troubleshooting, I often received defensive or unhelpful responses. There were situations where I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Even when fixes were promised, they were slow to arrive or only partially resolved the problem, which meant the same issues kept coming back. After months of dealing with this, I still did not see a stable solution to problems that should have been fundamental to the app’s core functionality. The cumulative effect of these bugs, failed integrations, and unproductive support interactions was extremely damaging for my store. The app became so unreliable that I eventually had to stop using it entirely. The instability and lack of dependable solutions affected my store’s operations to a point where continuing was no longer viable for me. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this app under any circumstances. The amount of time, frustration, and operational damage it caused far outweighed any potential benefits. If you are considering this solution, I strongly suggest testing it very deeply before committing to it, especially if your business depends on stable marketplace integration. For me, this app ultimately became a major setback rather than a tool for growth.

Upon reviewing the support tickets, we noticed that you wanted the real-time sync for Etsy, which is technically not feasible because Etsy does not support webhooks. Due to this limitation, data synchronization is handled via cron-based process. The cron runs at a 30-minute interval by default. For more frequent or near real-time updates, we had suggested using a dedicated server to support shorter cron intervals; however, this option was not agreed upon. In addition to standard support assistance, we also implemented certain customizations at no additional cost to help address your requirements. This app has so many bugs. I spend more time finding bugs and errors with the app than I do selling products. I would not recommend this to anyone.

NO recomiendo esta aplicación, no existe una buena comunicación con soporte técnico, no hemos usado vuestra App y no la podemos usar porque ahora subieron el precio a $15, pero siguen cobrando el valor de $10 mensualmente aunque no la usamos. Procedo a desinstalar esta aplicación.

Les doy un 1 porque no es aceptable que, tengo 1 año pagado sobre mi plan de SHOPIFY COMO TAL y por un pago fallido de vuestra aplicación hayáis congelado TODA MI TIENDA. Si no pago vuestra aplicación, tenéis el derecho a congelar o desactivar vuestra aplicación pero NUNCA toda mi tienda que ya tiene 1 año entero pagado y que su funcionamiento no dependa de nada de esta aplicación vuestra. Es inaceptable y una falta de respeto. Si lo hacéis para mostrar que tenéis poder sobre las actividades de otros, quiero probarlos que es una muy mala práctica. Muy seguramente esto no les dirá nada pero NO LO RECOMENDARÉ A NADIE MÁS.

Despite our numerous complains and tickets, we are being ignored by webkul, our webkul dashboard was locked for 3 months despite our recurring bill of $65.
We noticed that you did not accept the updated charges, which caused the issue of being unable to access the dashboard. Our team promptly addressed this matter during our meeting and resolved it immediately.

quite useless, I could not even set this up. Immediately: Error !! Store url can't be same as your store url. what other shopify store url?? I tried my domain which also does not work. The ticket support in the app is also useless as there is no option to leave a message only to put your name, email and store url.... or you have to go out of your way to log into your email and email them this way. Not user friendly at all

I found the app difficult to use. It felt like at every turn I needed to pay for another upgrade to get it to work, and even then it still did not work. I felt like I was getting nickel and dimed all the way through the process. Ultimately I ended up going a different direction.

We've been configuring this app for 3 months, paid feature. Finding out in the end the payout functionality for sellers is not working. And also, if you have different terms per seller, it's not customizable. Sellers get annoyed about the notifications, it's quite complex to understand for them and it's just not user friendly. And what is a marketplace if the payout is not even working?

For that you need to contact PayPal team further so that they can enable payouts feature in your account. Please Note: As soon as you'll get payouts permission in your account PayPal Payout will start working extremely fine. Even we have many merchants who are using payouts successfully since years. This app isn't delivering on its promises. We've been using it for 7 weeks now and it's extremely buggy. It constantly auto-syncs even when sync is disabled. It changes prices and images. The customer service doesn't seem to be functional. Pooja is putting in effort, but I have doubts about the software actually functioning. They shouldn't offer it for Shopify. The chat service is terrible, nobody there is capable of providing assistance. The suggested solutions aren't effective. Our team is exhausted, and we've damaged a valuable client relationship that we had established. This has resulted in thousands of dollars in lost work time. Trusting the friendly guy from webkul sales who said their app would be the perfect solution was a huge fat big mistake

Signed up for the free trial, but right away the system appears to be clunky and cumbersome, so I wanted to cancel the trial same day. Well, there is NO WAY TO CANCEL and you can't speak to anyone and the chatbot says it will be many hours before they can get back to me. This is poor customer experience and it's been less than 24 hours. My advice is DO NOT INSTALL OR ACCEPT THE FREE TRIAL BECAUSE IT WILL BE HARD TO CANCEL --UPDATE- you have to uninstall the app and supposedly it will automatically cancel the free trial, yet there's absolutely no information in the app to tell you this is the way it works. I still stick to my 1 star review. I now associate this company with "frustration"

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE DID !! Wasted time, money, efforts and suffered continuous business loss because of their incompetence. What a massive failure Webkul team has been in making this plugin work for the customer, after months and months of calls and followups they still aren't able to solve the simple requirement of error-free bulk data upload, the most basic requirement of a MVM is effective metadata management for client-store, but they're just a bunch of ineffective people. The level of incompetence is so high that if i try to upload a file with just 500 products it will run for hours and eventually end up in error. 2-way sync is just a scam, the sync doesn't work at all, any data i update on this goddamn app, has no surety whether it will reflect in my shopify store or not. STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS APP

I am pretty dissappointed to see other reviews stating how amazing customer service is, because I can't get them to respond to my inquiries to save my life. Have been reaching out since late September with the same issue, and have yet to get any resolution, or even a response. I like the app, but when my questions can't be answered, it makes for a very difficult time figuring out how to proceed. **In response to your reply, your posted screenshot shows your answer from my very first inquiry. I have messaged you three times since then. Once in September, once in October, and again a few days ago, with no response. I would not have left this review otherwise, but am at least happy to have caught your attention so hopefully I can get the one glitch I've been trying to resolve for two months now, handled.**

System is very buggy. I have my suppliers complaining regularly that they are not receiving email and sometimes they wont even get the order until we ask them. Shopify will have the order but multivendor backend wont have any. No Phone support for any urgent matters. Losing everyday because of this. **** Updated 05/11/2021 Very unprofessional. I have in record where you emailed us saying about your server outrage which caused that issue and you advised me to sync manaully. Whereas the explanation you gave below is for the other issue I reported to you guys for which you came back to me saying what I missed which is correct. I came here to delete this review after seeing your support email. But now I'm leaving it as it is for others to see.

Products inventory update is not synching with shopify automatically and we need to do it product by product. We've been calling this out to their support, no radical solution provided. This is diminishing our credibility with both customers and vendors.
Hi, I think there is a confusion here. The barcode label generation option is available in all the shipping methods that are provided for integration in the app apart from multivendor shipping. Please do respond to the support emails, so they can clear all this.

the app is unstable and support is extremely poor. we've been encountering intermittent errors with their product import function and SMTP configuration. but all the support team do is to give you very generic, vague answers which do not address the root cause. they put you on a subscription without a real support team and try to stall as much time as they can until you give up trying. i'd recommend you guys look elsewhere and not waste your time with these people.

This app lacks several features that are really important for a successful marketplace to have. We tried requesting for adding the feature that we need but for just one feature we were asked to pay over $500 to develop it. Unfortunately, we will have to find another route.

As every country , demography and industry needs different set of features for marketplace and from last 5 years we are working hard to add all the features .And now the app is really loaded with tons of features and definitely the best available in the market. Regarding your current customization need , that required changes to be done in commission calculation algorithm and we need to be extra careful when ever we are doing any changes in Commission Algorithm as it may effect our other clients. Still we quoted very genuine price for this.

Trying to setup the app but the support is ridiculous. iv asked for a demo / setup help 4-5 times on email but all i get everytime is a scripted reply with some demo links. The phone is almost never picked up. the UI of the app is so poor with so many options that an ordinary user like is me is absolutely lost on where to start and what to do. Quite afraid about the support in case i ever run into any issues while using the app
