We've been using MVM for a year. While the user experience isn't flashy it does get the job done. Service from WebKul is responsive.

I realy was expecting more about the app regarding, design and simplicity. It has almost evertyhing i need but it can be for sure improve. About the support team, the best support ever.

Since writing this review someone has reached out to me. They said they have contacted me many times but I didn’t receive any communication until they found me on Instagram, which I appreciate. We are in the middle of resolving issues and answering questions. I am on the lowest price subscription. Which is still expensive for me and my little growing business. Despite sending multiple emails for help I have never received a reply or any support. I just had my first sale using the app and the payment has come to me not the vendor. Not sure how to resolve this for future vendors - it seems you can integrate PayPal API to combat this - I will do so and see how it goes. I’m more concerned the cost breakdown including PayPal and afterpay fees isn’t clear for my vendors. I like the app and I’m glad to be in touch with someone who is helping me so I’m changing my review to 4 stars.

Great app to meet the needs of almost any multivendor marketplace. The only three problems I've had is that it's hard to find things, it lacks a taxonomy system, and it lacks ERP connectors. Every other need of mine has had a solution including the ability the add custom fields and layouts for my vendors. If you use it, you may notice some confusing language but this can be fixed in the Translate tab. I highly recommend this app for businesses approaching small/medium-size vendors.

My experience with this app was good, but the setup process had many components. I am also appreciative of the customer service department for resolving an issue expeditiously.

Webkul has been a help to us in many iterations of our business and is always very responsive when we send out an inquiry for support. They have a lot of capabilities that enrich the Shopify experience.

Configuration is complicated, but support team do their best to help, even if sometimes they could investigate a bit more before giving answers. In the end, I always get my questions answered. I am just waiting for a new configuration on September 24th to give a more complete opinion

Very nice and helpful support. The app serves its purpose. However, since I place a lot of value on usability and design, I probably won't continue to use the app. 4 stars from me. By the way, the support should stop asking penetratingly for ratings. If i may submit a suggestion for improvement: change the usability of your dashboards and use an appealing design, at least for the customer area, so that people want to use your solution. Otherwise the website looks very trashy and confusing. Unfortunately, you are the only vendor marketplace app in the app store, so I have to use a CMS other than Shopify for my project. Best regards.

If we feel the client is happy with the app and support, then we ask once to the client for a review and rating of the app. And if the review is requested multiple times from our end, please share the reference ticket or chat number on [email protected], and we will look into this. We never penetrate clients to give reviews for the app. Regarding the Dashboard Design- As the app is very vast and has lots of functionalities, so we have provided a standard design for the app. But, we have provided the option of Custom Js/Css for making the changes in the seller portal. And we have also provided the codes for editing the Seller Signup/login page as the client's choice. Since this is a SAAS-based platform, it is not possible to make the design changes as per every client's requirements. We are continuously improving the design of the app. Also, we are always open to good suggestions for improving the app. But for changing the design of the app, there are some processes that we need to follow. After some initial hurdles in setting up the app, support (Priyanka) has helped me navigate and correct most of my issues related to the app and now I have only some programming issues to be fixed on the theme/ Shopify end. I do with the “make an offer” app would be more useful and able to be offer made, offer accepted, rejected or offer countered to make a true offer and acceptance solution but will just allow seller/ buyer to email until/ if programmed in such a manner.

Quite a complex app with lots of options. So be prepared to spend some time getting your marketplace up and running. Thankfully customer support is very responsive and they also offer customisation services at very fair prices.

I've been using this multi-vendor marketplace app by Webkul for a couple months now, ahead of my store launch in a few weeks. Everything the Shopify API permits, this app will do it. And every question I ask has an answer - and the team at Webkul is incredibly responsive and helpful. The only downside in my opinion is a UX that could be simplified and is a little overwhelming. But I trust the team at Webkul for their hard work to drop continuous upgrades, and I don't regret trusting them with such an important decision for my business, as this App will be powering all transactions and much more! to be continued!
