The support team from Webkul is amazing. I've had so many questions setting the system to our needs; they have been there each step of the way, they even went far and beyond of what you would expect. The software they develop is very good, but their customer support is superb.

Amazing customer service. Very fast and responsive. I was having some problems and I was about to cancel my account when I decided to give it a try by asking customer service and to my surprise they answered in some seconds, they helped me and everything went smoothly and easily.

Ich finde die App sehr umfangreich und den Support sehr hilfsbereit. Die Arbeit mit der App ist einfach, trotz ihres großen Umfangs. Auch spezielle Bedürfnisse werden supported, wenn man sich etwas in die App einarbeitet. Ich kann diese App jedem empfehlen, der einfache Anforderungen hat und dies schnell und unkompliziert umsetzen möchte. Aber auch speziellere Anforderungen sind umsetzbar, wenn man sich einarbeitet. Alles in allem eine sehr gute App! =)

I began using this app 3-4 years ago and back then it was quite difficult and complicated. I began using this app again this year for a new store and it has improved significantly. I feel like there are still a few improvements to be made, features to be added etc, but I can see that this company is keen on constantly upgrading and improving. Their support is fast, personal and efficient, the support guys are so polite and always happy to help, even with tech idiots like me! haha. 100% recommend.

Takes alot of time to get it to do what you want to do to start off. Just starting the use of it and I am really happy with the layout for now :) Will keep review updated if any negative occurrences/downs/slowing etc. The team helped me alot with little things non stop as well! Thank you again for the platform and hopefully I can make good use of it all!
