Webkul has been great in providing regular, helpful support when we've needed it, and they're also working on a number of bespoke developments for us so that our Multi Vendor Marketplace works exactly how we need it to. There are regular updates as they are constantly improving the platform and they're receptive to feedback. I'd highly recommend choosing them!

I recently downloaded this app to create a marketplace within Shopify. I really like it so far! Customer service was great, too.

We are organizing several Shopify store and using this app in all of our store. I think there are no other multivendor market place app in Shopify. One of the good thing of this app is that there are so many feature apps compatible with this app. Webkul have so many other apps and most of them are compatible to each other so we can use them at the same time in single store. We will keep using this app and app from Webkul.

Probably the best Shopify marketplace app at the moment. Great Customer Support team: this stands out to me and its awesome. More can be done to make it more user-friendly (like better UI) but the customer support tries to make up for all those for now.

Awesome application very user friendly, anyone looking for multivendor marketplace can easily go with this, they have a brilliant customer support and will help you with all the custom integration part. Very helpful app. Make sure to add it into your Shopify account before you have vendors connect in to it. The support is awesome and very responsive to our queries! They answered all of our questions and never stopped until we were clear about everything.

USAGE DETAILS - what are these and how are they calculated i cannot find any information? You’ll be charged based on how you use this app (to a maximum of $1,000.00 USD per 30 days).
Hey !! Please be informed that: You will be charged only for your subscribed plan like: Let suppose if you have subscribed for 45$/month plan then you will be charged only 45$/Month. Here let me explain you the concept of usage charges: The app provides 10000 emails free per month(Which send to the customers& sellers from Multivendor app end) after that $1/1000 mails charged as usage charges. Here we are talking about the following mails: https://prnt.sc/ze4CLmDUhatH i.e if the mail counts goes over then 10,000 emails in any Month then you will be charged 46$ for that respective month. Furthermore, As there are many feature apps in the multivendor app, so the charges are just for you to understand that there can be usage charges as per the usage of the multivendor app. We have just kept the usage charges to 1000 USD because we provide the yearly plan on multivendor too + In case of digital storage too, sometimes merchant need to buy additional storage at additional pricing so such costing will be included under the usage charges. J'utilise cette application pour mon site, qui est une place de marché pour la location de matériel de puériculture. Le prix défie toute concurrence (de très loin!!) et les nombreux outils permettent de faire presque tout ce que l'on veut. Le support client est toujours réactif, amical; je les contacte très régulièrement et je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes. Par contre la maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire et il faut un peu de temps pour bien maîtriser l'application.
