Asim Hashmi and the team at Webkul have been extremely helpful and supportive with my MVM setup. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I would highly recommend the app if you are building a Marketplace. It has a ton of features and makes scaling simple. And the customer support from Asim has been top notch!

The app still has a lot of bugs but it was quickly resolved by the developer, I have high expectations for this app

Very helpful app. Make sure to add it into your Shopify account before you have vendors connect in to it. The support is awesome and very responsive to our queries! They answered all of our questions and never stopped until we were clear about everything.

The MVM app proved to be a powerful tool for creating our marketplace. It is something of a complex beast which requires some time and effort to understand and customise, but with excellent support, and some patience to translate some confusing use of English, it will reward that time and effort. Cost effective, speedy and well supported. 5*

The dashboard is easy to understand and what I like most is the quick response time of Webkul. I do not have a big team to build this company with me, with them it feels a bit like i do.

The 5 stars are for the customer service. I like the app a lot but as a complete beginner I soon got lost and made mistakes. After a frustrating week trying and failing I contacted the team via the chat function. A very patient person helped me fix my mistakes and guided me through setting up the stripe connection from both shop side and seller side. I'm looking forward to on-boarding other sellers now. We have connected the app to enable us run a multivendor store.Its a great app with lots of features to enable the admin and sellers have multiple useful functionalities.Support is great and I had a call with Faisal who has clarified fully all the issues I had.I would highly recommend the app.Great job guys.
