We are using this app for fulfillment, the support team does an excellent job in resolving our roadblocks and helping us every step of the way with clear explanation on how to make changes and provide us the screenshots and documents.They respond to our request within 24 hours.

With this app it was possible for us to built up a marketplace connecting many brands with different store-types via API. Usually everything works fine, reliable and when a bug happens you get support very quickly. Also some customizations were possible. So for our current status buidling up a marketplace business this app is essential and very helpful - I can recommend!

Just come in with a little patience, put in a little work to customize your marketplace, and you will be able to get the most out of this powerful app! I would absolutely recommend to use this app. Currently, this is the only app that is capable to manage the shopify store with "Multi Vendor". Not only the function, WebKul is very devoted to supporting our issue and organizing our store. Response from support is quick and accurate. We would be keep using the app from Webkul.

Ho avuto qualche problema durante l'aggiunta per l'add-on di chatwhiz. Il team ha preso in carico la richiesta velocemente e con un breve scambio di mail hanno risolto prontamente. -- I faced some troubles installing the chatwhizz add-on. The team take in charge my request quickly and they solved it in a brief time, it's 5 stars to me.

I used this app to create a marketplace for my business and I love it. It's easy to customize. For the parts that I don't have access to customize with css, customer service is quick to help. Nice app.
