The app works very well. The customer support, in particular, is incredibly helpful. They respond quickly and even work alongside you to solve any issues.

We have been using Webkul’s Shopify Multivendor Marketplace (MVM) for our marketplace, and honestly, the newly launched theme feels like a breath of fresh air for us. When we first switched to this new theme, the difference was immediately noticeable. The marketplace started looking more professional, more premium, and much more organized. The design is clean, modern, and very easy to navigate. As a marketplace owner, it gave us confidence that our platform now looks trustworthy and ready to scale. Our sellers are also very happy with the changes. Their profiles look better, product listings are presented in a much clearer way, and overall the seller experience has improved a lot. From the customer side as well, browsing products feels smooth and enjoyable, whether on desktop or mobile. Performance has been solid. Pages load quickly, everything feels responsive, and the theme works perfectly with the Multivendor Marketplace features we are already using. We didn’t face unnecessary complications or confusion—it just works, which is exactly what you want when running a live marketplace. For us, this theme is not just about looks.
