Multi Vendor Marketplace

The app is very helpful to start a multivendor business! Not perfect (nobody is) but really good. The service deserves 5 stars. Some other users wrote, that the service is bad in many ways, but I didn't experience bad service at all. Neha and the team is responding very fast and more important are helping a lot. If I had a problem, they told me how to fix it or fixed it themselves. Thanks for that! They even wrote me an email, asking me if everything is going the way it should be or if there are any problems. There are some smaller issues with the app which I would score 4 stars. With smaller issues I mean the setting for example. It took me a while to custom the app the way I want it to look like. Some parts of the app are inflexible. Adding products is also kind of odd at the beginning but I wrote an introduction to my vendors how to use the app, so there are no problems anymore. 5 star service, 4 star function = 4,5 stars in total, and because the functionality is little better than 4, the app gets 5 stars from https://newhandshop.com/

Received prompt response from the apps team. So far so good. If you dream to run a marketplace on Shopify, definitely try this app. Lot of features but very affordable price.

Exactly what I was looking for! The app saved my life. It is super simple to use and has great apps to add on for anything else you might need. The customer service is quick and efficient. I haven't really launched the marketplace yet, so I cannot rate the efficiency of running the app with vendors just yet. But so far so good.

This App does exactly what I need, and I've found the support from Nitika excellent. Very impressed so far! The team at Webkul also seem very willing to listen to my needs and carry out additional development work when I need it, which is awesome.

Nitika has been very helpful. Very prompt in her responses. I suggest a full how to use guide found in one place (would be hugely beneficial to customers). Great that the app allows customization by dev. team. Overall, highly impressed by product and customer service team.

I am a relative newbie and don't know any HTML/CCS. Despite that I took the plunge and bought the app. My experience was that: a) The team has always been responsive, and depending on the time of day even within minutes b) Rather than endless emails, they are happy to log in to your store and do the tweaks necessary. Every issue I have had so far, bar one, has been me screwing it up. My challenge was with installing the snippet in the right place and could not figure it out and they did it for me. I can't have any complaints - really easy team to work with. Looking forward to the development of the app into the future. Well worth the money

Nítika has helped a lot since our last review. Information must be really detailed for customizations to be done as expected because if things are not written on email they don´t come back to you for more explanations. Avoid confusions and be extra detailed on what you need to be done. Time difference is also a headache but Nitika works her self to give a good service!
