GT is a powerful app with fantastic features. We have been using this app for years now and have been well supported right from the start. Their support team is knowledgeable and responds promptly and very professionally. I am thankful for all the assistance they have provided, with special thanks to developers Suzan and Arshak. They handled anything I've thrown at them with mastery.

Great support from Susanna and Arshak! We contacted GTranslate for help implementing hreflang tags across our 9-language Shopify store with subdomain structure. Susanna and Arshak were very responsive and professional. They quickly updated our theme.liquid file and promptly addressed the adjustments we requested during our verification process. They have been able to help get everything setup properly and we had a slow down issue but that was on us. Support has been nice and responsive. A ton better than the last app i had! Looking at you TS!

Cette application est surprenante, facile a utiliser et complète pour un excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande vraiment, j'en ai essayé plusieurs mais alors la je suis surpris, si vous chercher une application de traduction essayez la, il y a 2 semaines gratuites, je l'ai depuis 1 semaine et pour l'instant c'est vraiment parfait. Merci Milena pour votre aide

I give this app 5 stars, the managers of this app really helped me.They helped me by improving my stores language translator position and making it appear optimized.I'm really glad of their service,not to forget MR Grikor was the one actually delivering services for me,because he was directly chatting to me while also working for me to get what i want.I really recommend the app if you want to have more languages on your store.

I do not recommend using this add-on. We have been using it for two months, and apart from technical issues, which can be resolved somehow, there is a very global problem: their servers are located in France, so if you use translation on your own subdomains hosted on their server in France, Shopify and all other services such as cookies, etc., will incorrectly determine your user's location, mostly as if they are in France, This significantly distorts the data transmitted to advertising accounts and also harms conversion rates, since the user's country is set by default according to their location, and since their server influences this and identifies it as France, you will have many abandoned checkouts and many problems with this application. Support makes it seem like they want to help, but in reality, they provide a solution that does not fix the problem at all. And if you don't understand this at all, you won't notice it, but the damage to you will be enormous.
