Would it be possible to include a "Select Your Language" text for the dropdown?

Thanks so much for the great 5-star support Milena when I was having some difficulty getting it working again after changing domain names! I like this app a lot (paid version). I wish the app had the option for sub-directory in shopify instead of just sub-domain, as the internal language options for shopify uses sub-directory and that can be tracked easier on some external apps (that's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5!)

the chat support is nice, milena helped me solve all my problems. the app itself is good.

The support technicality is great and good with their knowledge, of how to fix and meet solutions to the problems. Great help with Susanna and Arshak, I believe the manpower and amount of support are greatly needed to increase for more people to work, as I can see support hours are limited, and replies take some time, making progress and updates unavailable on some problems. Overall it is a good app and good support, small things can be improved.

We have been using G Translite for a few weeks now. First of all the support is amazing. The guys and girls from G Translate are very willing to help with solving everything. However for our shop I do not feel this is the best translation app as it is not that compatible with the default language and country settings of shopify itself (it uses another technique). In addition it does not work well with 3rd party apps (e.g. Easy Specification Charts). So in the end we get everything translated but it takes a lot of time and you need a lot of e-mails/chats with the support team to get things solves. Wherever the automatic translation works, the translations itself (from Dutch to English) are good.

We have had some issues getting the translations visible but Elen and her colleagues from the support have been great and I think most issues are solved now.

This application allowed me to quickly translate my shop without having to do any manipulation. You can customize the appearance of the language button. The only hitch is in the phone version : the tab is annoying to navigate. I hope this will be fixed!

Apart from a recurring issue whenever we upgrade our theme, which require Gtranslate technical support to fix it, and makes the process not as smooth as it should be, the app works fine and customer service is excellent. Special thanks to Ella and Tigran for their efficient support.

Installato la versione a pagamanento che permette la traduzione del Checkout, fa bene il suo dovere di traduzione. Ho avuto difficoltà nella confgurazione e "ELEN" del supporto Gtranslate mi ha configurato il tutto da remoto!

A very useful app. We have now started using the app for our store and we are impressed with the developer support that we have received. Sergey is very good at what he does.

Good app, some things are not clear to me in the app but therefore at least it is not pricey. I have received very good top notch support by Elen.

Some things could be done easier. For example, I cannot create the rule for a 2-character word, so I have to change it manually everywhere. The selector could have more design options. Still, it's a good app provided that it's based on a Google Translate engine. I had an issue with relocating the selector on top to the header row. Their support on behalf of Susanna, Elen, and Ella was very helpful in terms of correcting all my remarks to my satisfaction. I didn't give 5 stars as it feels like there are some things that could be improved. Still, the app is reliable enough and worth installing.

There was times where it was really confusing for both parties, plus the difference in time zone made it harder to communicate instantly. However, Sergey was patient and help to fix the issues that we were facing. It would be good if support was 24hours.

It is a good and affordable translator. some things are translated by letter but the most of the translations are correct.

The app is okay. It is not perfect at translating and you may have to spend some time correcting. The chat help is very quick and very helpfull. I got help to adjust the design om my selector by Borya and I am very satisfied with the quick and nice response and solution.

I have added this app to my site and I really like it. It does what it is supposed to do. It was very easy to add via shopify.

Great support from Lilit, even on the weekend. At first sight, the app seems to be doing what it's supposed to do. Don't expect professional translations, that's not what it's built for. But it's good to start out with when you're tapping into new geo's and need to get proof of concept first, before having everything translated professionally.
