Замечательное приложение! Очень удобно и легко использовать. Поддержка всегда на высоком уровне. Чтобы сделать свой магазин более привлекательным для клиентов есть много разных приложений. Но не всегда они поддерживают языки моего магазина. Меня это совсем не пугает, потому что я всегда могу обратиться за помощью. И неоднократно уже это делала. Некоторых сотрудников поддержки я уже запомнила по именам, так как часто к ним обращаюсь. Это Рипа, Сюзан и Аршак. Как раз сегодня Аршак очень быстро сделан переводы важного приложения для моего магазина. Я знаю, что в любое время суток могу обратиться за помощью и получу её в лучшем виде. Я рада, что выбрала именно GTranslate для переводов! Рекомендую! На днях я опять обращалась за помощью. В этот раз со мной работала Лилит. Большое ей спасибо, все вопросы были решены оперативно!

Yes, the app is fantastic at translation. Also, their customer service is outstanding. Our link was not properly redirecting, and Lilit was able to fix the issue super fast. Thanks again Lilit!

I've used this app to translate my store from French into 6 differant languages. Had some issues placing the selector so i've contacted ELLA (Customer support team), a lovely customer support helped me custom code it to my liking. Works great now!

Amazing customer support, especially Ella from their customer support has been very helpful lately as I had some smaller issues that I was not able to sort myself. Together with their development team they have made some small adjustments in the code so the widget is positioned correctly on my store. Thank you again for your quick and great support.

Creí que el símbolo de moneda en nuestra Tienda cambió por la app. Con mucha cordialidad y profesionalismo, Borya me explicó que no era un problema del GTranslate sino de la configuración de la mondeda de Shopify. Y sin tener la obligación, nos ayudó a ver el error y corregirlo. La app es excelente y el grupo humano de Soporte es espectacular! Los recomiendo ampliamente!

The support team is the best! They can solve almost any problem for you. I had a very crucial problem i wanted to be solved and they've fixed it. Arshak solved the problem for me, i'm very happy now. Also, Susanne is a very kind and warm supporter thats almost always available. She helps out with very technical problems too. For example adding a google search form instead of the shopify standard search form, so visitors can search for my products in any language! Great support team, I highly recommend.

We recently transitioned to GTranslate and we are super happy that we did! Not only the pricing is much more reasonable than other competitors, but it also works better, faster and more efficient as opposed to other translation apps. I needed some help with translation exclusions and third party apps integration with GTranslate and the support and developer team was really helpful and friendly, they solved these issues very quick and very efficient. Really amazing and a special thank you to Susanna, Ella & Edvard. Highly recommended +++++
