Translate store ‑ GTranslate

Easy to use and great/quick support, even via live chat (dealt with ELLA). Hope it stays that way because it's definitely a must-have for international stores. Update: Still think the app is a must-have, although they are sometimes having server? issues. Anyhow, their support team is great

I used this app for the translation from english to french. The automatic translation is good, I only had to correct few expressions. The interface is userfriendly. And the customer care service is Great! I had issue putting the selector on the new theme, and Ripa provide a great service.

Ella is a Great supporter ! She answered me right away, and very quickly ! I think "you" should promote her !

Absolutely incredible customer service! Developer Tigran from Gtranslate has been very helpful with all sorts of minor translation-tweaks to our highly customized site. We totally recommend this app based on the customer service alone. I wish it had a few more features, e.g. proper language codes for sub domains, the possibly to tweak translations before launching new language, etc.

The Gtranslate app has a lot of features but it is a little bit difficult to understand how to set it up if you are not so good with IT. Luckily they have a very good technical support online, I was chatting with Lilit and she helped me with everything I needed, even doing some customisation for me... very glad I found someone to help me, THANKS!

Hello, the good thing about this App is the online live support. Borya was my agent and helped a lot to resolve my problems and helped untill I was satisfied

Free version decides that foreign currency should be translated? Note translated and not converted. Why would you add this feature?. Seems im the culprit was myself. So I am changing my review thanks to the excellent response.

The app works great, when it works. We changed the skin of our site and that caused a major bug in the system, that nothing could be bought on the translated pages. It took a lot of time for your technicians to fix it, but it got fixed. Afterwards - the small tweaks were done really fast and competently. Thanks to Tigran and Borya for the help.

I start to use it very good help fast hopefully will be good if any issue will come for sure will have review on that

I m really pleased with this auto-translation application. Results are very accurate, even with technical terms and one can even correct himself the few errors. The team is helpful & competent (thanks Suzan for your patience and explanations !) If only all applications would be this good AND cheap !
