I was having such a hard time configuring everything since i have no knowledge about all of this, but Susanna helped me despite the trouble and really did a lot to get it all up with me ! Thank you so much again, one of the best customer service i met !

Rifa is a patient amazing and kind girl. He understands my problem and to do many things in my store without charging. I will recommend you all to check once there services. I have talked to many app developers but the G translate team is best. More power to you Rifa and to your team thanks a lot and stay happy

Very pleased with the app feature and also with the support. Ripa was amazing, quick, knowledgeable and patient, has i was determined to do the coding myself to integrate the app to my website, in the way I wanted.

I use this app but feel that its location is not good first. Then I emailed customer support. The customer server Elen responded to my questions very friendly and helped me solve the problem quickly.

This tool works great and Ripa is AMAZING! Her quick and diligent customer service allowed me to tweak this tool to my liking in a matter of minutes and push it to production. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a translation tool!

Efficiently solve my translation problems. Although the translation in some languages is not in place, it is very instant to ask customer service for help and modify the correspondence!

I tried a few apps but could not go past GTranslate for what we needed. We needed a quick and easy to use translation app that didn't cost a fortune to use. The app may not have all the bells and whistles of other more expensive apps, but it is great value. The customer service has been excellent as well as I ran into a few issues with URLs and the team have been quick to respond each time. Highly recommended.

First, I need to say that G-translate is not the first translation app, I tried. So, I really can compare. G- Translate was the best. To translate a complete shop, with some parts, that have to be not translated, different legal parts and buttons... In general. It's not the easiest thing you can do on your shop. I really recommend the app, because, the support is literally the best support you can imagine. I really struggled a lot. The Support was always kind, respectful and very understanding what the problems were. In fact, a developer changed a few things for me, and that is not self-evident. Susanna & Arshak - You have done a great job and i am really happy now. Thank u Guys
