My experience with this translator app was awesome. Initially, I tried on another translator app which did not end well for me because it was way too complicated for me to use. However, with this GTranslate app, everything was so smooth and so easy to use. In addition, I'd just like to emphasise on the excellent and efficient help by Ella. She was really patient and responded really fast to my enquiries. I had many difficulties along the way, however, she never failed to patiently guide me to resolve the issues. Thus, I'd like to thank the team for creating this app for me as well as for the fantastic help given by Ella! Thank you <3

Ella is really helpful, i had a lot of questions and problems but she answered speedily. I am happy with the customer service from her. translation immediately is really powerful and shorten the time of manual translate. Will test it more and hopefully will be able to launch different languages soon in our web store.

Very useful app crucial for our European site, and with great support so far. I had a question today and ELLA jumped right onto it straight away and answered one question which I did my self and customised something for our site herself...

Gtanslate is the best App but i think what makes it best is team Support specially from Ms Lilit.. outstanding support.. she solved my all issues with in 15 minutes. f Regards

Great customer service and backend support, thanks Jei and Arshak for the customized, the app is powerful but not that friendly to the non-coding base users.

We made some changes on our website and it affected all our translations. We had a great support from Arshak to help us identify the problem and put everything back to normal.

I've been looking for a good translation app to use until we could get everything natively translated. Suzan in chat support was great! I asked for the dropdown to be moved to a different location than was given in the options. My choice wasn't ideal after it was moved, but she worked and worked and came up with a PERFECT solution! Support is very knowledgeable and works to make things better than imagined!
