Amazing service and support! love this app and use it for over 2 years, works perfectly and can be customized, Suzan and Arshak are very helpful and provided fast support.

Hi everyone! We have been using this language translator for many years now, and it is the absolute best tool we have seen! No other app compares to its ease of use and features! It was amazing to see one of their reps, Borya, help me out with some custom coding to get the font the correct color based on my theme. This app is a breath of fresh air after attempting to use another app. I am SO incredibly happy I found it. It saved me so much headache. I LOVE that it’s SO easy to set up!! And there’s so many languages to choose from!! I’m so glad it has a free version because I’m still pretty new to Shopify as far as making sales and getting everything together. And I really like that I could change the style and positioning of it on the screen to fit my stores style and to fit my liking. I am going to look into trying to add it to the bottom of my website near my currency converter. But I haven’t figured that out yet. But it’s perfect in the meantime!! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the developers!!! Update: After my review was posted, the developers reached out asked where I would like translator on my website and did it for me!! That’s so nice!! I’m so glad I found this app and these people!! A huge thanks to Ella and Ripa for helping me out and making it so easy for me!!

Very helpful support with Ella. Fast and responsive. They took care of everything. 5 *. I will still have to see how it performs but until now it is ok.

Ella has been really helpful, had a tiny issue about the DNS but she fixed it in less than a minute. This app is so essential for brands. Recommend it.

The app is very good, you can do pretty much everything yourself and it's very easy to use, I've had just few issues when it comes to change the prices of the products, but Susie from customer support helped me and fixed the problem.

J'ai été en contact avec Ella qui m'a réalisé toute l'installation. Le support est vraiment à l'écoute et réactif. L'application fait vraiment bien son travail par rapport aux autres que nous avons testé. Je recommande fortement.

The best App to translate a Shopify store. Staff they are very professional and they answer any question in 5 min. I was working with Ella and Susie and they help me to integrate the App to my store . GTranslate is working 100% after i try 5 different Apps. I am using GTranslate on my other website build on WordPress and is working perfect . After 2 years on Shopify this is my first review . Thank you GTranslate and i will love to work with you on different projects.

Just installed - Support so far excellent. Ella quickly sorted out a problem I was having with the installation. If the app is as good as the service so far it'll be great

After I tried many other translation apps, I'm back to GTranslate... and this time convinced about my choice: + Easy to use and great customer care. + The quality of the automated translation is also quite good and the prices are reasonable. I recommend it

I think this one is a must install app on shopify. GTranslate is an amazing company to deal with!! Their service is top notch. If something goes wrong,a REAL person helps you right away! If store owners ever want to improve their stores to multilingual Shopify store, this is the app you’re looking for. The help center is super efficient and fast to answer.I am just on the free version,had a question for support, Susie and Tigran gave outstanding service and support.They did all the necessary changes and coding for my store. Super impressed, considering I was in FREE plan! *for some apps it takes days and weeks till you can receive an answer. Probably one of Shopify's best apps, I would highly recommend this! Excellent app, Excellent support team. Can not recommend them enough!!!

Fantastic support from Ripa! We had an issue with the placement of the dropdown menu which was resolved quickly on both mobile and desktop versions of the website. Excellent.
