An amazing app. User friendly and very easy to use. But more importantly customer support was outrageous. Ripas was really helpful and resolved A LOT of issues related to the layout. Borya carried on after Ripas' shift finished. Honestly speaking they provided excellent support spending hours with me online resolving all my requests. Elen was also of great help and assistance! Thanks a lot Ripas, Borya and Elen! Very quick responses, efficient, effective and extra friendly!

Customer service with Suzan was GREAT! Excellent help with my install. She helped custom code my desktop and mobile version of my website. In a couple of hours I now have translated websites all over the world.

Suzan has been very reactive and responsive even during this coronavirus period and fixed my problem within 15min. She is pleasant as usual. Perfect customer service! I know why I spend my money with those guys. Long life to Gtranslate ;-) Borya helped me once again. He never gave up a problem. If there I a bit of time to get used to Gtranslate, I would definitely recommend it. I works fine , it is fairly easy to use and the support is always here. Those guys reply fast cause they're a little team. If they don't know about an issue, they come back to you later. They never let an issue down. They solved all my issues. That's why I remain with them. Great little team there ;-) Long life to Gtranslate! Great support from Elen. Was patient and helped to get through the problem step by step. Even after few months of not contacting them becuase of not having any issue, they replied fast, followed-up. Highly recommended.

Its a great app for the price compared to many other I've seen. It needs some manual editing for the translations but what you can't fix yourself Ella, Tigran and the other guys at the support are more than willing to help out! There are still room for improvements to be made, but their quick and excellent support brings the rating up to 5 stars for me!
