At the beginning I had some problems with the integration, the apparency and other Java issues. But the Team of GTranslate help me in all these issues and they fix all the problemas. I am so glad to work with them. It's a bid early to give a complete review of the app, but in generally works and his team service is great. Additional the characteristics of the upgrade plan are so powerful and useful. I quite happy with this app.

The app is very simple and efficient, the Editor to edit the translation is very convenient and handy. My experience with the support, specifically Susanna, was very satisfying. Susanna is very efficient, all of her answers helped me fix the issues I was asking for instantly.

Creí que el símbolo de moneda en nuestra Tienda cambió por la app. Con mucha cordialidad y profesionalismo, Borya me explicó que no era un problema del GTranslate sino de la configuración de la mondeda de Shopify. The support team is the best! They can solve almost any problem for you. I had a very crucial problem i wanted to be solved and they've fixed it. Arshak solved the problem for me, i'm very happy now. Also, Susanne is a very kind and warm supporter thats almost always available. She helps out with very technical problems too. For example adding a google search form instead of the shopify standard search form, so visitors can search for my products in any language! Great support team, I highly recommend.
