The support team is the best! They can solve almost any problem for you. I had a very crucial problem i wanted to be solved and they've fixed it. Arshak solved the problem for me, i'm very happy now. Also, Susanne is a very kind and warm supporter thats almost always available. She helps out with very technical problems too. For example adding a google search form instead of the shopify standard search form, so visitors can search for my products in any language! Great support team, I highly recommend.

The automatic translations are surprisingly good, but what's even better is the support for this app. I ran into problems setting it up twice and in both instances Ripa helped me out within minutes and had the language selector customized to my needs and set-up in no time. That's what great customer support looks like! Highly recommended!

I had a very good, courteous and efficient service with Susanna! Wow! She fixed everything in few minutes!!! I did contact her at 2h00 am (Montreal time) and she answered quickly. Very very very efficient! The app works very good and the service is perfect. I use it for many customers and everything is always smooth and easy.

The app is okay. It is not perfect at translating and you may have to spend some time correcting. The chat help is very quick and very helpfull. I got help to adjust the design om my selector by Borya and I am very satisfied with the quick and nice response and solution.

We recently transitioned to GTranslate and we are super happy that we did! Not only the pricing is much more reasonable than other competitors, but it also works better, faster and more efficient as opposed to other translation apps. I needed some help with translation exclusions and third party apps integration with GTranslate and the support and developer team was really helpful and friendly, they solved these issues very quick and very efficient. This app is really helpfull if you want to have different languages on your site. There were a lot of things I asked, and they helped me perfectly with everything. Especially Ella & Arshak helped me great!!

I love that you are actually one of the few apps, that allows a full translate with multiple languages without upfront payment pr. month. And that you have the option to get a subscription later for more options. Perfect app. 5 stars from here.

They was alot to help me lol because I had a lot of questions, but they were always present to help me. And answer was fast! Just a big wow about this application. Thanks Lilit, Suzan, Arshak and all the other person who helped me. This app is wonderful (it used to translate my english website to french version).
