They react very fast for helping out in setting up GTranslate and getting into the app. so far everything works. hope to have a continuing positive impression of the app.

MILENA was amazing. I just installed the app and I think I did something wrong. So, I couldn't move forward in the setup wizard. Milena was fast with replies and answers! :) Although I am new and haven't tried everything yet, I must say the dashboard is user-friendly, a lot of the guesswork is taken out, and customer support is great! Can't wait to see how my store looks! :)

The software itself is good and it works well, support definitely could be better but they are doing their best and they are determined to help you when you have a serious issue that needs to be solved. Highly recommended App!

the best app for translating websites, with accurate translations. The customer support is very good, with Dmitry, in particular, being exceptional at resolving all issues promptly . I highly recommend this to anyone.

Gtranslate has major problems with source sampling for "Improve Translations". If English source texts are violently truncated in the middle of a word, no reason to discuss translating. In the beginning: "icant for the best feedback." "icant. All that is required." "ication and surface wear protection." "icant (oleic acid" "icant. Do not soak " In the end as well: "few serious flaws. We wi" "and is therefore used as a l" UPDATE. The Customer support helped to find out what is causing word splits - short entries in the "Skip Translation" list, such as "UBR" (L-UBR-ICANT).

So far so good, just opened an account today and have several languages working on my website. The guys have agreed to make me a custom install of the language selector in my header/footer/menu, not decided where yet. Support is fast and concise, especially liked working with Grikor who gets Sh*t done.
