My experience with this translator app was awesome. Initially, I tried on another translator app which did not end well for me because it was way too complicated for me to use. However, with this GTranslate app, everything was so smooth and so easy to use. In addition, I'd just like to emphasise on the excellent and efficient help by Ella. She was really patient and responded really fast to my enquiries. I had many difficulties along the way, however, she never failed to patiently guide me to resolve the issues. Thus, I'd like to thank the team for creating this app for me as well as for the fantastic help given by Ella! Thank you <3

A huge thanks to Borya,Ripa, Suzan, Lilit, Susie, Ella & Sergey who supported us through the whole trial period with any questions, concerns & rectifying mistakes. To have an entire website instantaneously translated is just incredible. The translations are of course very literal and need to be adapted / edited by us but to have the website instantly available & at least accessible to customers in their language is still amazing. The main online editor page is extremely user friendly, straightforward, & shows changes instantly on your webpage which is extremely satisfying. The URL translations have been a learning curve for an unexperienced person in this area but the online chat support here was outstanding. The online support was incredible, but the one thing we would of liked is to have more in depth beginner guidelines (e.g. a list of do's & dont's, url translations for dummies haha) & information to be able to understand how to make changes ourselves or how not to make the mistakes in the first place - especially when dealing with the delicate URL translations. Overall we are super happy to finally be on our way to having a perfectly translated website (with our continuing human translations/editing) and an SEO optimized site including the .de urls. We will be for sure continuing our subscription with Gtranslate.

Amazing costumer service - Ripa did an outstanding job and really dived into the topic and problem. She even did some layout/design recommendations which are really great. We are beyond happy with the result.

Ella is really helpful, i had a lot of questions and problems but she answered speedily. I am happy with the customer service from her. translation immediately is really powerful and shorten the time of manual translate. Will test it more and hopefully will be able to launch different languages soon in our web store.

Haven't used it long, but first impression seems to be really decent. Customer support is also responds pretty fast - Ella made sure that everything's in order. :)

Must say that they have incredible customer support. I made a small mistake by myself in the coding and started to panic, but Suzan from customer support responded immediately, and solved my problem in under 2 minutes. Thank you very much!

This app does what it says it does I had zero problems with it, and it makes my store look so much more professional. It's a must-have if you want conversions. Keep up the excellent work, GTranslate. I also want to thank Borya & Ella, the customer support agents who helped me set up my store to perfection. They went above and beyond—their consistently pleasant and positive attitude made the whole process so much easier, it was the best customer support service I've ever experienced again, thanks!

I used this app and now my whole code is fucked up, after deinstallation of this app my wepage original text is a mess..... 1/10. Good bye update: issue solved

Very useful app crucial for our European site, and with great support so far. I had a question today and ELLA jumped right onto it straight away and answered one question which I did my self and customised something for our site herself...

It is a bit expensive but my experience is really good. Suzan installed the language selector in the header page, great support from her side!
