Suzan has been really great, her customer support has been responsive and reliable. Happy so far with the App.

The automatic translation is good. Easy to configure. The support team is reactive, and Susie helps me to integrate the widget in my website. And the price is good compared to other apps. It works nicely (I tryed 3 other apps before this one). It seems to be the best one. Note that for Zipifypages users can ask to the staff for a nice integration.

I got support from Lilit and she was AMAZING! Still is... She's been working with me alongside and helping me with everything! She basically solved all my language issues regarding my store on Shopify. Loved loved loved her!

Ripa was so patient, helpful and polite. Everything was solved. The fact that this app has a live customer service chat is very good.

Automatic translations are always a picky matter as they are not fully accurate. With GTranslate, automatic translations are pretty good. Only few changes to do and your website is bilingual. Interface is easy to use, especially for your manual translations. And I would like to particularly thank Ella for her fantastic support. She answers any questions very fast and most of all, she follows up to be sure your issue is solved. This app worth its price!
