The UX is good but the fees are too high and the pricing is not flexible or helpful. Also there is no analytics at all for this and its too simple for the price, good UI but thats it, We switched to Try Modda product customizer instead they are much better to be honest for the whole package including analytics and stuff

On analytics, merchants get full order exports, access to every custom design their customers submit, and an open API to pull their data however they want. We ship dozens of updates every month. This has nearly as high a learning curve as mid-level photoshop. They'd do well do let everyone use the software for free (developing their products) and stick to a flat 2% on every product sold. Sadly, the monthly fee combined with the learning curve kills your product before you ever get it off the ground. The transaction fee is reasonable - it's the monthly fee that kills, especially when you are just getting started.

ich kann Kick Flip nur empfehlen! erstens wirklich easy damit zu arbeiten und bei schwierigen Fragen hilft das Team oder die KI mir half sogar die KI bei einer sehr kniffligen Frage mehr als das Team - die Frage war damals zu komplex. wer Hilfe braucht - der Youtube-Kanal ist die erste echte Anlaufstelle! super gemachte Videos und wer etwas erreichen will mit seinem Konfigurator muss sich halt auch einmal auf seine 4 Buchstaben setzen und mitdenken. und für alles andere hilft das Team in den eigenen Shop ist KickFlip auch sofort integriert und GOTT SEI DANK gibt es nicht, wie bei allen anderen, ein Einstell Limit (zumindest noch nicht). Ich arbeite nun seit einem Jahr damit und bin bis dato sehr zufrieden - auch dass immer weiter am System im HIntergrund gearbeitet wird!

The change in plans is not justified especially for store owners who are from countries whose currency is not as strong as dollar. Because in that scenario, you are earning in a weaker currency and paying for this app in dollars. Ideally they should have moved to tiered pricing with minimum fixed charge + per order revenue percentage. So unless your store is earning upwards of 10k dollars in a month (after currency conversion) this app is not for you. I used this app for over a year and functionality wise it is fine but the change in pricing was not justified. I have found a better option with almost 1/6 of their price and moving to it.

The application is generally intuitive for new users, and the customer service support is outstanding.

Great product and outstanding support Kickflip is a powerful and flexible product configurator. The app itself works great, but what really stands out is the support team. Whenever we had a question or ran into an issue, the Kickflip team took the time to help us properly. You can tell they genuinely care about solving the problem, not just giving quick or generic answers. They explain everything clearly, think along with you, and stay involved until everything works perfectly. It’s rare to find a team that is this patient, dedicated, and willing to go the extra mile. It takes a while to understand how to use all the small features in Kickflip, especially if you have something super specific in mind. However, the customer service is incredible, and they are always willing to help.

Die App ist super aufgebaut, man kann alles individuell gestalten und auf seinen Shop anpassen. Der Service ist extrem schnell und hilft einem bei jedem Problem bis es gelöst ist und die Erklärungen sind super so dass alles rasch gefunden und richtig gestellt werden kann. Der Preis ist auch total in Ordnung. Fakt: Könnte mich in keinem Punkt beschweren und kann die App nur weiterempfehlen.

After trialling a bunch of product configuration apps we went ahead and used Kickflip. Here is my review: Firstly, the support team are GREAT and really helpful, get back to every inquiry quickly and are able to offer good advice, thanks Cindy and Elisabeth - we were able to complete our build on time with your help! The UX is very nice and clean. The logic is easy to use. I believe our project was quite a bit more complicated than some of the others in the demo store. In some instances we had to use many simple conditions because there was not an option for a complex condition. With that said, we were able to achieve absolutely everything we needed - so this is certainly not a criticism. Have read a couple of other negative reviews here and do not agree with the points they have made - our experience has been excellent throughout.
Great looking app for customers, they can now easily order customizable products from us. Why 4-stars: Pretty heavy to build new products and learning curve for the app is pretty long, but it gets the work done. I hope they make updates so the product control could be more fluid in the future. Great support!
