Great company, great app. You can feel the modern development. That’s both good and bad. You can feel that it’s very modern in terms of usage: very simple, effective, clean etc. The simpleness is so important for customers to order in a quick time, because customizing is a little bit of effort the customer has to put in On the other hand you can feel it’s new, causing some things to not work a hundred percent properly. The support has been great, they don’t respond very quick, but the responses are always helpful, informative and respectful. This company has a lot of potential for the future. I really hope they evolve properly and keep investing in their development. One downside is that you pay a percentage per sale. This will make it less attractive for bigger company and also for your company if you grow along the way. Keep going

If you sell customised products, give Kickflip some serious consideration. The interface is simple and clear to use, and mobile compatible. When you create your products in the app, customers can personalise products according to the options you stipulate. It is A VERY flexible product customisation tool. I tried out many other apps before I found Kickflip and this app is head and shoulders above the rest. It did take me some time to learn how to build my products but there are lots of help videos and I got great online support from Elisabeth and Cindy too.
First off, massive thanks for sharing your experience with Kickflip! It's fantastic to hear how it's helping you add that personal touch to your products. And yeah, getting the hang of new tools can be a bit of a journey, but we're stoked to hear our help videos and the support from Elisabeth and Cindy got you through it. An absolute pleasure, I have been using Kickflip for a few months now (after I tried a few alternatives), and I couldn't be more happy with my choice. The integration was extremely simple, the app is flexible and capable, the FAQ page and bot can provide you with most of the answers, but what makes Kickflip the best choice out there are the people. Limiting to 4 stars for now as I'm new to this app and have only added one product so far to test functionality - a product which required the most detailed setup and a vital test to determine whether this app was suitable for me or not. I'd already tried pretty much every other customiser app (no joke) and found that a key piece of functionality was missing in each one - very frustrating as my requirements are standard, and I lost a lot of time trying other apps only to find out that they do not cover everything I need. Kickflip covers all of my requirements so far and, very importantly, the Kickflip Service Team were responsive when needed and resolved an issue for me swiftly, keeping me updated along the way. Happy days!!

The support team is never online in the Pacific time zone. Whenever you ask something the bot says we'll contact you tomorrow. Canada'a tomorrow is New Zealand's night so I will never be able to get live support. 1- If you can't support it globally then just sell it in Canada. 2- You can turn off your online support when it's night in Canada.

At first it looks really daunting and confusing but once you give it a go it becomes very straightforward! I cant imagine that there's a better app available for personalisation than this one. Has completely transformed the user experience.

I'm new to Kickflip, so this is a limited rating. It is not an intuitive app - so it's taking me a long time to work on 1 product. There are not a lot of tutorials - that makes it challenging to figure things out. With all that being said - the tech support is OUTSTANDING! They are quick to answer and very helpful. I'm looking forward to learning to use the app in the most powerful way to allow my customers the ability to create a product they can be proud of.

Great app, works awesome but unfortunately our product was in the restricted product policies of the app so we need to find an alternative to it.

I've searched far and wide for the perfect producer customizer, and lucky for you, you just found it! This is by far the cleanest, most modern, and intuitive option out there. We have been using the app for sometime now and have tried couple of apps for customisation. This is by far one of the best apps we came across and value the team that's behind. We faced couple of challenges to integrate the app properly with our theme and even if we are not that techy enough. The team had taken extra steps to provide us with solutions and response time is fantastic.

I looked into three different Customize Products and ended up selecting this one. It’s super easy to use and has a bunch of awesome demo products available on the backend.
