We looked for a solution to handle hundreds of design options for our Polished and Framed Horseshoes- and Kickflip nailed it! It takes time to learn all the ins and outs but once they're clear- you're all set. They also have a very friendly and responsive customer support (shout out to Cindy!).

At PomExpress.com, we needed a solution that could handle the incredible complexity of custom pom design - hundreds of layered images combining different colors, materials, widths, and pom styles. Every time we doubted whether Kickflip could handle our requirements, it proved us wrong and exceeded expectations. The learning curve was worth it - once we got up to speed, the interface became intuitive and user-friendly. But what really sets Kickflip apart is their customer support. Their AI interface is the most helpful we've ever used, and when you need human help, there's always someone ready to assist hands-on. They even worked directly with us to ensure smooth integration with our Shopify theme. Our customers love the customizer - we get practically zero questions about how to use it, and people seamlessly go from designing to cart to checkout. The sharing features let customers show designs to their teams and coaches, and we can tell they're genuinely excited about the process. For over 30 years we've been custom designing poms where the only way for customers to see a design before orders were placed with manufacturers. required us making and sending mini mock-ups to them (an expensive and time consuming process). The tool is game-changing for both us and our customers - allowing for creativity to flow effortlessly and new designs to be visualized in just seconds. absolutely mind-blowing app but most importantly great service. Can be a very heavy lifting app if you are not so comfortable with doing things like this but the help you get is incredible. 10 stars from me.

If your store sells less than $10k USD per month in customized products, then sadly this app ISN'T for you. The Kickflip Customizer is a great add-on for my online store, and the company has improved its features over time. However, its implementation can be inflexible, and there's still room for improvement in its overall functionality. The support staff has always been helpful and has worked with me to resolve code issues. While their assistance is excellent, communication can sometimes be difficult due to different time zones. I had previously given the app a 5-star rating, but I've recently lowered it. This change came after I received an email from Kickflip stating that the "pay as you grow" plan was being canceled and replaced with a much higher monthly subscription plus a per-transaction fee. Unfortunately, this new pricing model is no longer affordable for small businesses like mine that are trying to grow their store. It's a shame to see only one pricing tier and no option for a smaller monthly fee with a higher per-transaction charge - a model that would be much better for those on the Shopify Basic plan. I also don't think the app is developed enough to justify the single tier option.

Il servizio assistenza è totalmente abbandonato!!!!! Assistenza totalmente inesistente, dopo 5 ore dalla richiesta se ti permetti di chiedere se ci sono novità nel risolvere il problema legato ad una URL errata, vieni pure trattato male. Dopo oltre un giorno dalla richiesta, scrivi e non ti rispondono più. Fantastici, sono degli eroi, potrebbero essere dei bravi agricoltori e invece poverini devono guardare un monitor tutto il giorno, solo guardare. Mi chiedo come Shopify permetta questo tipo di atteggiamento, penalizza anche loro. Comunque ho risolto il problema da solo, ho disattivato Kickflit. Hanno anche il coraggio di invitarti a rispondere a dei quesiti sulla qualità... vergognatevi

Our company is not able to link up multiple variants with our Shopify Plus store in order to sell multiple designs and sizes within the same listing. Response from Kickflip customer service has been very slow. Our product launch is on hold costing us potential revenue daily. We have no choice but to search for another solution to better fit our customization needs.

J'ai contacter l'équipe de kickflip pour voir si leur application pouvait fonctionner avec notre projet, nous confectionnons des rideaux sur mesure. Depuis 5 ans nous avons du mal a trouver une application efficace pour le calcul d'équation. Cindy nous a expliqué durant le call que l'application pourrait être notre solution. I’m genuinely so disappointed, because I really want Kickflip to work for my business—but I’ve run into constant issues that haven’t been resolved. I’ve spent months trying to build out custom product options for bulk custom magnets and stickers, and I continue to receive blank orders through the app—almost daily. These orders come through with no selections made and no charge to the customer. Building the logic for my use case was extremely time-consuming, and there wasn’t a perfect solution for what I needed—but I still managed to work around the limitations and get it functioning. From the customer-facing side, everything looks and works beautifully. But despite all the effort I’ve put in, I’m now at the point where I feel like I have no choice but to remove the app from my shop, which makes me really sad. I’ve gone through every possible configuration with a fine-tooth comb. All options have pricing, all logic is correctly set up, and everything appears to function as expected from the customer’s perspective. Still, the issue persists. Initially, support told me it might be related to Google Ads configurations. I removed the listings from Google Ads entirely, but the problem continues. I’ve been told multiple times that the issue was resolved—but unfortunately, it hasn’t been. At one point, all of my logic was correct, but pricing wasn’t displaying for certain options. Support was able to fix that—but even after, I’ve only been able to capture one legitimate sale with actual data attached. The most concerning part is that customers seem to be able to place blank, $0 orders repeatedly, with no selections—and somehow, it still collects full customer information. I’ve tried reaching out to these customers, but I never get a response. I don’t know if these are accidental, the result of a glitch, or something else entirely—but it feels like a serious flaw in the system. I want to keep using Kickflip because it has real potential, especially for products with lots of customization. But given the amount of time I’ve sunk into building everything, it’s heartbreaking to have to walk away from it due to persistent, unresolved issues.

I've been using Kickflip for some time and you won't find a better customizer on Shopify. Take your time and make it what you want. It is worth it. You have a problem Cindy will come through and make sure you are headed in the right direction. This is the app that lets you play in the same arena as the big boys.

I joined kickflip at the right time. I was told I would need an engineer to connect my domain to the plugin. They came back a few days later and manged to seamlessly integrate the customizer to my shopify theme. No other app allows the level of customization with such simplicity. The ability to layer pieces and attach colors makes the options endless as long as you get creative with the logistics of your designs. The only thing better than the product itself is the support. They always go out of their way to help me and work endlessly to improve the app. I look forward to what is to come in the future. If you get stuck while using this app dont hesitate to reach out. They will help you. Now that Shopify Dawn 2.0 links directly to the customizer from the description, all the way to checkout, there is no reason why anybody shouldnt be able to use this app. Dawn 2.0 is the deafult on shopify so its nearly impossible to mess this up. I come from the field of construction and was morbidly afraid of computers grwoing up and I can do this. Anyone else brave enough to step into entrepeneuership can handle using this app. Great job guys!!!
