Great customer service and great app. Gives our customers peace of mind with shipping protection. If you need any help with the app just reach out and the support team is prompt and courteous. Definitely recommend.

Insurance is a very important aspect when we ship products. While there are other similar software options, Navidium is the most affordable and reliable. Its robust support system gives us peace of mind.

We’ve been using Navidium since they create the app I believe and it’s been excellent. After trying other shipping protection apps, this one has been the best fit for our business. I really appreciate that it lets us take care of our customers directly instead of pushing them into a third-party claims process.

Navidium and the team are exceptional. We have used the software going on 5 years now and they continue to create seamless upgrades. If there is ever an issue when we are implementing a new theme they are quick to resolve it. Features are good but, at least on our Shopify Plus store, the app backend was really glitchy. It wouldn't save settings, it would revert back to previous settings and entries, it would reset things like cart % to charge, max and min cart, pop-up messages, etc. We deleted it. Way too much hassle.
