Edit: I was wrong. Their team quickly contacted me concerning my negative review and was eager to solve my issue with a custom solution. The team was quick to solve the aforementioned issue within 2 days. Im looking forward to further work with Navidium and further functionalities. The app has its advantages. The analytics could need some improvement. The support isnt really responsive but friendly. The major disadvantage is that this app doesnt integrate with Gtranslate at all which we have to heavily rely on. Unfortunately Navidium can’t be translated since its section is written inside JavaScript. The gtranslate system can only translate texts if the structure and texts are written inside JSON objects.

We are still new but recently switched over from another provider due to some pain points I'm sure other merchants have experienced. So far the Navidium team has been great in getting Navidium installed quickly and being responsive to any issues that arise. It's nice that you can create claims and reshipments right in the portal and easily keep track that way. Not only that, but the fees don't go to a third party which helps the merchant recoup the cost of lost packages and sending reshipments. This also allows you to handle any customer order issues directly instead of sending them to a third party which creates a more streamlined customer experience. Navidium cuts out the middle man and allows the merchant to create a better experience for the customer!

Love Navidium! Game changer for the shipping insurance world. Excited for the new features coming soon as well.

This app is a MUST. Not only can you provide a better experience to your customers, you can also improve your margin to cover unexpected chargebacks, refunds, and stolen packages. It protects your customers AND your small business. This app deserves 10 Stars, especially because of how helpful and attentive to detail Marc is. This company is going places. Oh and by the way: 80-90% of people take up the protection. Customers feel much safer knowing they are insured incase something happens. A must-have for all shopify stores.

A must-have for each eCommerce site. An extra revenue stream for your site. Great support and CS. The convention rate on this up is super high.

Finally a better solution for funding loss and damage in shipping. We have tried other solutions but was never satisfied with the service that those companies provided to our customers. Now we can have a pool of money to "self insure" those packages and take care of customers faster without loosing money. We have been on navidium for only 3 weeks, but we are very happy with it. 50% of our customers are opting into the package protection and only a handful of customers purchased it inadvertently and wanted a refund (which we provide right away if they ask). I highly recommend this app for any ecommerce company that has problems with lost or damaged products in shipping (which I think is 100% of merchants).

We moved from another app that made the customer experience difficult. It was important to us to handle the claims as we saw fit and Navidum allows us to do that. Highly recommend this app for self-management of any insurance claims. Easy integration. Support emails could be answered a little more quickly but overall we are super happy with the app and the support we've received.

This app has literally helped our store save so much $$ ! We were already sending out so many replacements to our customers and the Route app we were using before was not customer friendly and had a long waiting period. This app let's us service our customers right away.!

Great app, fair fees. Instead of taking a percentage of sales, they just charge a flat, fair monthly fee. This app is great!
