Navidium is great, much better than our previous option, Route, which was proving confusing & blunt in terms of our customers being able to submit claims. Marc and the team did a fantastic job of integrating with our store as well, we have a tricky store set-up, and Marc went above and beyond in getting Navidium to work properly. Very happy with this app!

All the positive reviews are correct for this awesome app and their great support. Over 80% of our customers leave it on in cart. It really helps us to self insure for our lost/damaged in transits and not have to mess around with courier insurance where the excess is usually higher than our cost of goods anyway. It used to be wasted time (for us and the customer) and money down the drain. Navidium solves all of this.

Dynamite app with even better customer service! Marc and his team explained everything and even helped us with a work around as our theme was throwing some errors. Navidium has helped leaps and bounds over other shipping insurance apps we tried. Must have app!

The idea of taking the risk of covering for our shipping providers failures was initially pretty concerning. Thus far, Navidium has proven its value and we won't be going back. Serving customers better, faster is key to retention and far outweighs the risk. For us, it's proven to actually be a revenue driver both through retention and directly.

Normal insurance of shipment: Customers have to file a police report or whatever. Meaning the customers is fuming and we replace their order on our dime. Result: we don't get the insurance revenue, we pay for replacement AND the customer is still unhappy. With Navidium: Customers pay us directly. We replace immediately. End result: customer is happy and we are happy. Also the onboarding was super smooth and fast and people start using it right away. The texts and everything is easily customizable in the app settings and pretty self explanatory so I can tweak the messaging to be on brand. Thanks Navidium!

I tired every single shipping Protection app but why dont make money from your side. I love Navidium and I highly suggest it because you will make extra money on every shipment.

Navidium offered a solution to a problem that we weren't even aware we had. Our customer service was already top notch, sending replacements and refunds within a 60 day window. This app allows us to set aside funds so that we don't have to take a hit in our margins. The badge and small fee also gives our customers confidence when purchasing. There's nothing more frustrating when a customer leaves a negative review or complains the package never arrived online without having allowed us the opportunity to make it right. Now every customer will have no excuse should something go wrong. We're just a call or email away from the support they want!

Just wanted to share that I use Navidium on our brand and literally 90% of all orders pay for this shipping insurance. I’ve had two customers ask me to cancel it because “they didn’t notice it”, but that’s pretty much it. AWESOME FREE money, if you ask me. and so far? No insurance paid out. it's also easy for customer to toggle "no" to this shipping insurance, so we haven't had any customer complain about this service. it's truly easy for customer to toggle "off" at checkout. We use 3% (you can make it whatever number you think makes sense for your business), and that seems to be the magic number. THIS APP IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We've tested a couple other apps before trying Navidium, including one of the best known apps. And I have to say, they are completely useless. A total waste of time, money and energy. Now....Navidium on the other hand, well - they are game changer! I highly recommend them. First, the app works. Second, it doesn't slow your site down. Third, your clients are happy and you are able to cover lost/damaged items with less stress and issues. So what's not to love? :) But most of all? The support, including the owner, is accessible, responsive and work HARD to make things right for those of us in ecommerce. The competition doesn't do that. If you are looking for an app, then stop your search and give Navidium a try!

OPEN YOUR EYES AND STOP GIVING other companies money you are collecting from customers for shipping insurance! 10/10 recommend using Navidium Shopping Protection with your store for many reasons. 1) You have complete control over any packages that are damaged to your customer. If your customer received a damaged package from you they expect YOU to fix the problem not a third party solution. Being able to fix this issue in house quick and efficiently knowing you have your costs covered is great for your overall customer satisfaction. 2) Almost 75% of our customers opt for insurance. A HUGE boost in top line revenue since it is essentially a 100% margin product. 3) Navidium's team is superior. We have worked with other solutions to offer in-house shipping protection, but none were as competent, efficient, and quick as Navidium with installation and overall support. Would recommend this app to any DTC Ecommerce store on Shopify as a MUST HAVE.

Great app! I used to have a pop-up notification in my checkout for customers to add shipping insurance for $5, which was fine, but I love that the option to add insurance is pre-selected with Navidium because customers are much more likely to purchase the insurance if it is already in their cart. The app developers have also been incredibly responsive for any questions/issues I've had.

We've used this app for less than a week and it's already out-performed the shipping protection upsell we created. Navidium is very, very well optimized and has a great customer service area for tracking refunds and replacement. So glad to have found out about it!

Highly recommend this app! I came from using a popular insurance provider and honestly had the same thoughts about how much money they were making off of the insurance fees without many open issues. I also was always a little peeved that I was being charged the full .98 cents for the order when I was getting less than that after transaction fees! Enter Navidium- this is the perfect solution to still having backup money to cover any issues and so far more customers have been purchasing the protection than those who don't. For me particularly I'm not necessarily looking to make a profit off of it but just have the funds there to solve any potential issues! The team helped expedite my setup before a big launch in my shop and has been super responsive with any questions I have. Couldn't recommend more!

This is one of the best decisions I have made for my stores in 2022. I am not saying that lightly... the potential to add dollars to your bottom line likes this with no added marketing or effort is just awesome. There are very few apps you can add to your store and quite literally know exactly how it impacts your bottom line. This is one of them. The best part about it is that you are actually giving your customer peace of mind while doing so... ofcourse there will be some of these dollars going back to mishaps with shipping as you are covering their shipment, but you have the opportunity to recoup that with the shipping service. So that is just conceptually how this is a clear win. Next, I need to address the Navidium team. They are one of the most responsive app devs I have ever worked with, and they were extremely patient and helpful with my setup (on two separate stores) that have some unique needs. They really went the extra mile, and I appreciate it. I would think in almost all cases this is a very straight forward app to add, easy to operate and incredibly impactful. If you have some unique needs, they have a fantastic team and work with you to solve those needs. I don't write many reviews, but the app/team here really deserve it. There is really no reason NOT to add this app to your store. Your customers will love the option and peace of mind, you will love the added income straight to your bottom line, and the team is right there to help with anything you need. As the great Michael Scott once said, "The important difference here is with win/win/win, we all win. Me too." and thats what this is... actually.
