Navidium Shipping Protection

We recently switched from Route to Navidium and had such great success! Customer service is very helpful and responsive.

We love this app for a number of reasons: (1) easy setup, (2) ease of use, (3) easy to understand (for us and for our customers), and (4) wonderful customer service. We love that Marc and his team set up a great app for small businesses to reliably self-insure. The architecture of the app is seamless with our Shopify account. And the few times we needed to cover our customers' claims, we can reliably use Navidium's navigation to ensure we are processing the claim with confidence that the customer is covered.

App does exactly what we need to do and the immediate response from our customers of opting-in is a sign we should have done this long ago! The support/service is unmatched on the App Store (and we've definitely run into "Support" duds on App Store before). Don't hesitate, add the app now!

If you're serious about your ecom business you NEED this app on your store. We were using RO*TE and losing a lot of money with them. Now we have our own fund for shipping issues! Plus excellent dev support!

This is a newer app, but was keen to try after hearing first hand experiences. So far the app has been great with over 70% of our customers choosing to cover their shipping. Customer service is great, any small issues were resolved insanely fast! They even helped me troubleshoot a problem that turned out to have nothing to do with their app. Great app for any ecommerce store!

AMAZING!!!!!!!! Best decision I ever made for my company! We switched over from RO*TE and will never look back. Navidium is a game-changer!! After paying Route hundreds of dollars each week and not seeing any of that money ourselves, we switched to Navidium, which allows us to keep any money that isn't used to replace or refund orders. Navidium should be an absolute no-brainer for anyone that runs a business and takes care of their customers. The app was very easy to install and the icons and shipping protection wording are very easy to change to make it your own protection plan. Customer service is lightning fast and has answered every question I've had so far almost immediately. I HIGHLY recommend at least doing the free trial for Navidium. You'll be so impressed, there will be no reason to not become a lifetime customer. Thanks Navidium for making such an awesome app to help us take care of our customers!

Best customer support ever! We had some trouble on our end getting things to work smoothly and the Navidium support team was very responsive and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Everything is running smooth as silk now and I have nothing but good things to say about them :)

Navidium is great, much better than our previous option, Route, which was proving confusing & blunt in terms of our customers being able to submit claims. Marc and the team did a fantastic job of integrating with our store as well, we have a tricky store set-up, and Marc went above and beyond in getting Navidium to work properly. Very happy with this app!
