I would like to say up front that we were using Route shipping protection until we were notified one day that the rates were going up by 50%. This was a unilateral move by Route and we weren't engaged in any discussion leading up to the rate hike announcement. Immediately upon receipt of this notice I informed Route that "we were out." Route responded that the message was 'sent by mistake' . . . I don't know what you think about that but, as for me, Route completely lost my trust. After our departure from Route we looked around for alternative shipping protection solutions. We were delighted to find Navidium, primarily because it put control of our shipping protection in our hands, rather than a 3rd party. Since implementing Navidium we have had a more streamlined and seamless relationship in resolving shipping problems for our customers. Our customers are happier, therefore, we are happier. With Navidium there is no more 'mixed messaging' and the customer has only one point of contact - our customer service department. We have found Marc and his team to be very responsive to our needs in the setup process (which is actually pretty easy) as well as the resolution of a glitch we experienced. You will not be disappointed with the support available with Navidium.

We are over the moon with Navidium! It is a brilliant app that makes damaged, lost or stolen package claims easy peasy to process while providing extra revenue for our business, instead of taking said revenue from us. The app is user-friendly and the claims process is intuitive and takes barely a minute to complete. Before choosing this app we researched other choices and found Navidium's feedback and overall business strategy to be the most beneficial for our business and customers. Can't say enough great things about the app or the team behind it. If you're looking for shipping protection this is the only app you should consider! Why give all your money to another company for shipping protection when you can easily manage it all internally? And why rely on another company that can choose deny a claim even though the customer paid for the protection? Navidium creates a better experience for your customer happiness and makes the most sense for your bottom line. Don't even think twice if you're considering a protection app!

Navidium Shipping Protection is a great app and so much better than Route, in my opinion. It puts the power back into the seller's hands to provide customers with excellent service and 100% claim approval. With Route, our claim approval was under 25% with many mad customers. Route is not a good service; Navidium is fantastic.

Super easy and allows you to customize the name of your shipping protection as well as color and icon. Also love it because it allows us to handle our own claims. With Route, customers would email us first anyway, so it was a hassle directing them to another service. With Navidium we can just handle it.

Navidium has been absolutely amazing! The customer support team is extremely responsive and extremely helpful (will typically have a response within the hour). My store had been using Route for the longest time. Route determines what they will cover, and makes the claims process very difficult. I found it hilarious that Route collects all money from your customers, and then will refuse reimbursement for certain orders. With Navidium I am in complete control of reimbursing customers and it makes everything so much easier. If you are on the fence between Route and Navidium, your choice should be Navidium and it’s not even close.
