Customer service is top notch. With Navidium, businesses control their own shipping protection service which is great for customer service. No other business to rely on to make sure you have happy customers.

I originally signed up with Route Shipping protection and then realised I barely ever needed to actually use the service as the majority of orders arrive with no issue. Seeing Route take all my extra revenue directly out of my business bank account hurt my soul. Thankfully, I discovered Navidium and the rest is history! We've made an extra $16.5k since December and have had to dip into maybe 1% of that to replace lost/ missing orders. So that's an extra $16k in our pocket, not in Routes. The best thing is it's a completely a passive upsell that I don't even have to monitor, so it literally generates free money for our business. 70% of our customers opt in for Navidium Shipping Protection. Can't recommend Navidium enough and knowing that Route are being so shady towards them shows me they're rattled and makes me want Navidium to succeed even more! Also - the set up team are super speedy and integrated us within the day. They also update super fast every time we change theme. Go Navidium!

Awesome app, gives our business control over when and how we refund our customers WITHOUT relying on third parties to manage the process. Fits well into our customer service workflow. Love this app and will recommend to anyone wanting to offer an internal way to manage refunds and replacements. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

Had an absolutely horrendous experience (multiple times!) with Route and through a google search found out about Navidium. I’m so thankful you exist and when problem arise I can be my own customer service support in the broken, damaged, or lost package department!

App is great. No reason to pay other companies to do the same thing you can offer customers on your own. Service is top notch. Adding this app was a no brainer!

We have used Navidium for over a now and I like that it allows us to completely control the claims process. The app is easy to use and we have another source of income.

Fantastic app that gives all the power and revenue of Shipping protection to the merchant. Additionally, there are new features outside of shipping protection added to this feature set basically every quarter or even more often. We have killed it with Navidium and won't switch to a different provider anytime in the foreseeable future.

I'll keep it simple. In this day and age of the retailer carrying the burden for EVERYTHING that goes awry with online retailing, Navidium is a breath of fresh air, and works like a Partner to help provide an insurance service for our customers, so that unlike most others, it's not TAKE, TAKE, TAKE. If you operate in the e-commerce retail space, Navidium is essential.

Excellent app, easy installation and quickly added additional revenue to our business. We were getting lots of packages that customers said they didn't receive or were stolen, this helps recoup those losses. It's really a no brainer and after reviewing other shipping insurance apps like shipinsure, route etc, i found this one to be the most straightforward and exactly what we were looking for.

I love how Navidium lets the merchants provide their own insurance by transferring the shipping warranty money to the merchants instead of keeping it. This pads our bottom line while giving us the control to help our customers if an issue arises. All other apps take all of the revenue or a percentage, so having Navidium is a huge benefit to our business!

We would highly recommend Navidium for shipping protection. We have used other popular services and Navidium is better in everyway. The other guys made it more difficult for us and our customers. They wanted customers to download their app and made our customers file police reports in order to initiate a claim. Navidium gives you the opportunity to run your own system and make all the extra money that the other guys take. Thanks Navidium!!

Huge fan of the Navidium app. Unlike the competitors, this app was created with the small business operators in mind. Installation was quick and easy. Questions have always been answered promptly by support. The admin is intuitive and provides full control over the appearance and logic behind how the app presents at checkout. You can turn your vision into reality in an hour if you want to go fully custom. We love that you can easily match your branding if you so choose. Customers appreciate the peace of mind especially for first time customers. And for us we know we can resolve missing shipments right away to keep customers happy. The Navidium team is also extremely transparent, communicates well, and is constantly working on new updates and features. Highly recommend giving the app a try - we think most will be surprised by the conversion bump and the opt in rate.
