We have been very happy with Navidium. It is much less spammy than Route. And easier for our customers to use.

Such a game changer for allowing us to deal with claims in the best way possible. Customer service is stellar. If you are considering Navidium, it's a no brainer in our perspective.

I love how Navidium lets the merchants provide their own insurance by transferring the shipping warranty money to the merchants instead of keeping it. This pads our bottom line while giving us the control to help our customers if an issue arises. All other apps take all of the revenue or a percentage, so having Navidium is a huge benefit to our business!

We would highly recommend Navidium for shipping protection. We have used other popular services and Navidium is better in everyway. The other guys made it more difficult for us and our customers. They wanted customers to download their app and made our customers file police reports in order to initiate a claim. Questions have always been answered promptly by support. The admin is intuitive and provides full control over the appearance and logic behind how the app presents at checkout. You can turn your vision into reality in an hour if you want to go fully custom. We love that you can easily match your branding if you so choose. Customers appreciate the peace of mind especially for first time customers. And for us we know we can resolve missing shipments right away to keep customers happy. The Navidium team is also extremely transparent, communicates well, and is constantly working on new updates and features. Highly recommend giving the app a try - we think most will be surprised by the conversion bump and the opt in rate.

Fantastic app. prior to finding this app we were working with route but were repeatedly unhappy with their claims process. Using route lead to customer service issues that we felt were difficult to resolve in a three-way relationship between us, route, and the customer. We had already made the decision to leave route when stumbling across Navidium more than a year ago. This app facilitates inhouse management of shipping protection and was able to not only replace route but to greatly improve our claims mangagement process directly with our customers. In addition we were able to increase revenue and increase our margin. A true win-win.

Navidium is the best shipping app out there. Period. In fact, out of all the apps we are using, this is one of the most valuable ones for us as a business. I've used their un-named competitors' offering, and they are horrible. They made it very difficult for users to receive reimbursement as they constantly made denials. Simply put Navidum shipping has hands down improved value for my customers and our bottom line. The revenue generated from it covers or marine transit insurance and any excess we need to pay when we have a claim and there’s some left over for us in the end. One of our sunk costs is now a revenue stream.
