Have to give a shout out to Justyne and the NinjaPOD customer service team. They have been extremely helpful at teaching us the 'ropes' of POD. They are extremely responsive and help explain the 'why' behind answers and actions. We have been very impressed!

We love Ninja! They have one of the best selections of all PODs out there when it comes to gear. We have slowly started to migrate a lot of our products over to Ninja from other PODs. Their turnaround time is typically 1-2 days and shipping is quick. We currently use Ninja for our Brandure Design Co store which sells local school gear, but we are also rolling out our new store, Nova Unlimited, which is all custom apparel. They have added inside tag labeling on T-Shirts and sure hope that expands to sweatshirts/hoodies soon too! We wish they did embroidery for hats too, because we'd love to move those products over as well!

I'm rating this a 5 because they have been great! I do wish there was a "ruler" function available in the design builder to help with determining width of design and distance from the collar. Sort of have to guesstimate. The only other thing is, I wish there was at least two hours to adjust an order if needed. Other than that- I have no complaints so far!!

I've been using Ninja POD for nearly 7 months and I am very happy with their service and the quality of products they provide. They have many name brand clothing items to choose from which my customers love! I have consistent orders coming through Ninja and they always process them quickly. I've only had a couple issues and those have been taken care of without question with reprint requests. Their support staff is also easily accessible if I have a question or if a customer needs a quick address change, for example. I also use them for DTFs, patches, and stickers!

Ninja POD integrated easily with our Shopify store, has a great selection of merch, and I love the AI-assist on design, color swapping, and logo selection. Have already received items, worn and washed - this is exactly the solution we've been looking for, all in an easy-to-use platform.

Love this POD program runs smoothly, I sold over 200 items with no returns. I have tested the products, and they are very good too.

I’ve been using Ninja for a few months and so far I love it! The shipping is fast, the quality of the shirts and prints are top tier, pricing could be a little more affordable but overall hands down an amazing app. Wouldn’t go with any other POD app.

Ninja POD has been a game changer for me! I make most of my sales in person at shows and carry inventory when Im on tour. With Ninja POD everyone who can't make it out to a show or who is in markets i dont get to can now grab anything they want and NinjaPOD has a high quality item shipped to their door in a few days! I've tried to sell using two other unnamed online PODs and it was always a struggle. This included getting paid, fulfillment times, ease of use, complicated interface, etc. I'm happy with Ninja POD. FULFILLMENT: I'm impressed! People have had their orders in-transit as soon as 4 business days. I like that the order dashboard has a easy to use interface that gives me easy access to my statuses and tracking numbers. I use the flat rate ship to keep things simple. QUALITY: I've personally ordered a few items for myself from the Ninja POD and the quality is what I expected. Vibrant colors, crisp lines [your artwork needs to be clean]. All of my PNG graphics are transparent so the printing doesn't feel like a plastic sheet. VARIETY: Most of the popular items are offered for zip-up hoodies and t-shirts. I'd like to see a few specialty items [i.e. Port Co. 78FZ], but I'm mostly happy with the current offering. PAYOUTS: Straight forward and easy to understand. I like the option to export out to a CSV spreadsheet. CUSTOMER SERVICE: No live person, but I haven't had any need to contact them yet. Everything done via email. OVERALL: Since using Ninja POD, setting up my store, products, pricing, etc. has been really easy (once you get through the initial setup). I can add/remove products on the fly.

Ninja has been a god send for our company. From ordering prints on line and pressing them ourselves to there print on demand for our store. Great quality, super fast shipping and if there is a problem a replacement is sent right away! Only thing I wish They had was embroidery so I didn’t have to go to other POD stores!

Overall, the quality has been great. The product selection is really good with many of the brands I like to use. I’d love to see some of Ninja’s other lines added in the future (patches, embroidery, stickers, etc.)... would be complementary to my business needs! The app itself works fine, but could be better. Adding a more detailed reprint feature and the ability to delete/cancel an order (similar to Printify) would be extremely helpful, especially since I occasionally print and fulfill items myself. Overall, the experience has been very good and I’m excited to keep using the platform!

I've been with Ninja Transfers for several Years. They have unbeatable Customer Service. Then in 2025 I installed the POD App on my Shopify Store. I have had them multiple orders ranging from T-Shirt, Hoodies & Soft Shell Jackets. I would like for them to fill my Richardson 112 hat Orders, but the pricing is way too high at $18+ & Shipping. I have received an email stating they will be dropping the hat price to $14+, but I have not seen that happen & it's been 7+ business days. Overall I would give Ninja POD 4.5 Stars. Based on their fulfillment time, quality of transfers & customer service, but they need to work on their pricing. Who can sell a hat, make a decent profit, run ads to sell the hat, etc at $18+ and shipping 11/17. Updated Review. I'm happy to see POD Updated their Hat Pricing and I'm proud to be associated with a Stand Up Company. 5 Stars !!!
