As a small e-commerce business I couldn't survive without NoFraud. The service is so valuable to our everyday operations. It basically gives small ecom businesses your own highly skilled in-house fraud review department. And the customer service team is very responsive. Highly highly recommend this app.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. This is a MUST have app for any e-commerce site. We went from having multiple fraud issues to none at all. There are still ways for fraudsters to try to use our/your site as a test so constant communication with the app team is the best. They are SUPER knowledgeable and always willing to help by changing some of the necessary settings to prevail the fraudsters as they get smarter, but never better than NOFRAUD! I can't say enough about them and their team.

I find the App is to sensitive and cancelling genuine orders. Its probably costing me more in lost / cancelled orders that fraud orders. I wait to see what NF have to say about my issues.

Shocking support and they cancel for no reason useless app do not use very dissapointed stay away other apps so much better

Any time an order is cancelled due to risk concerns, NoFraud shares detailed information to help merchants understand why the cancellation occurred. In this particular situation, the order was cancelled due to several risk factors including being placed on a high-risk device and the card issuing bank country did not match the billing country. Regarding auto cancellation, the NoFraud platform is the most powerful, flexible eCommerce fraud prevention platform in the world allowing merchants to tailor their process and even customize specific rules that make sense for their business.
