I find the App is to sensitive and cancelling genuine orders. Its probably costing me more in lost / cancelled orders that fraud orders. I wait to see what NF have to say about my issues.

I used it during trial period but as a small business owner I didnt qualify for their chargeback protection so I did not continue with them.
