We previously used another service for fraud protection and now have used NoFraud for about two years. I feel we get a slight edge with Wyllo (NoFraud) and have successfully had more orders pass. They are very receptive and responsive. I do wish the new dashboard showed the contact status, but I understand that's in the works, and in the meantime it is easy enough to switch to classic view. Overall, worthwhile to our luxury goods online store.

Nofraud has been really great for us. We used to use Forter in the past which was pretty good but Nofraud/Wyllo just had a way better integration with Shopify making everything super seamless. Would recommend if your store has a lot of fraud and chargebacks
