At SwimOutlet, we're always looking for fresh ways to improve the customer experience, and partnering with Novel has been fantastic. Their wallet pass platform has completely changed how we interact with our customers by smoothly integrating Apple and Google wallet passes into our strategy. I'm especially impressed by how responsive and innovative the Novel team has been. They quickly adapted our wallet offering, and now we've expanded it to include our loyalty program, too. Being able to send real-time push notifications, targeted deals, and location-based alerts has really helped us boost engagement and conversions. Plus, their Shopify integration made launching our custom SwimOutlet Wallet Pass easy and fast, enhancing our brand identity, building stronger customer loyalty, and increasing revenue per cusotmer. It's made each digital interaction more meaningful and keeps us a step ahead in today’s competitive eCommerce environment.

Launching ARMRA’s Revival Rewards program has been a fun and rewarding experience. Grateful to collaborate with outstanding partners like Roger Beaman and his team at Novel! We couldn't have picked a better platform and the Novel team has worked very hard to customize the experience and tailor it to ARMRA's needs. You won't get that at some of the larger platforms. We love that we can expand this program as our brand expands and having the ability to create an omnichannel experience is wonderful.

I began working with Novel as one of the first clients for their newly introduced Wallet Pass. Though it was an immature product, it immediately proved a highly effective and cost-efficient solution. Specifically, Novel’s Wallet Pass provides a more engaging and individualized communication channel and a more streamlined and effective loyalty solution at a fraction of the price of the comparable SMS marketing providers and points-based loyalty solutions that have become standard across Shopify stores. Better yet, it can replace or work alongside such solutions and is highly customizable to accommodate your store’s specific. I have implemented Novel’s Wallet Pass on Ghurka.com, Xhibition.co, and RuleofNext.com, with unique experiences for each website. Perhaps most impressive is the Novel team’s prompt and forthright communication and diligence in understanding and accommodating your needs. Over the course of our partnership, we have learned a lot about the product and its potential together. I am eager to implement the solutions they are currently developing based on my feedback, as they are set to greatly improve our customers’ experience. Novel’s Wallet Pass is a tremendously valuable tool, and working with the team has been an incredibly positive experience. However, it’s clear that this is just the beginning, and I am very excited to see what the future has in store!

Very responsive developer, easy to get in touch with, he took the time to understand my workflow and was engaged and very helpful. The app does not (yet) meet our unusual need, but I really appreciate the above-and-beyond effort by the developer to try to design a solution for us.

Looked into all available apps for token gating and novel by far has the best UX. It makes working with it easy but is especially important wen onboarding non-web3 natives. Also, I would go and have a beer with Ish from support any time

Not only Novel has one of the top customer service in the Shopify Space but they have some of the most innovative product. If you're looking for some edgy strategies like Tokenizing product Pre-sell or building some loyalty around your community with an edge (Wallet Passes Is Mindblowing), they are definitely the one to look at. Great Job!

10/10 - As a company supported and powered by our followers, being able to reach them wherever they are, is truly invaluable. Now with Novel's technology we’re able to build wallet passes and encourage our followers to spread the word amongst their health and wellbeing-conscious friends! The impact has been tremendous!

The beauty space is all about personalization and word-of-mouth and Novel’s wallet pass fits seamlessly into that, removing that. It’s working great for us so far.

This app is the first of its kind for stores looking to attract a web3 customer. It enables the user to seamlessly purchase an NFT without having a crypto wallet and fire all the blockchain lifting on the backend.

At Taika, our whole brand philosophy is ‘Made for friends by friends.’ We started off by selling a creativity fueling beverage that we'd created for our friends and community and eventually realized that our next level of community building entails NFTs and web3. People struggle to decipher the utility of digital goods in the physical world. We're trying to bridge that gap with digital goods and physical utility / redemption models. This is not such an easy concept to wrap your head around but as soon as we spoke with the Novel team, we knew they had the right solution in mind. We worked with Novel to effortless add web3 support to our existing headless Shopify installation and they've been a fantastic partner at every step along the way.
