This app makes it very easy to manage and clearly display variant images, which is extremely important for an eyewear store like ours. At first, I had some mapping issues where images did not match correctly, but the support team was incredibly responsive and helped solve everything quickly. I really appreciate their professional and friendly support, and now the app is working perfectly. I highly recommend this app to anyone who needs reliable variant image management with excellent customer service.

So far so good. I had one problem where I couldn't figure out how to make a variant show up on the selectable list of items within the app (because I had altered variant name within product page), and they got back to my chat inquiry within minutes and helped me fix it quick. It was just me forgetting a pretty basic step, but it was nice to have the responsiveness. I'm pretty inexperienced and running the free version only for now, but will consider the paid version if my needs expand.

Customer service was excellent ... solved all my "issues" effectively and efficiently ... just be aware that you sometimes have to wait a while for an rep to respond when you start a chat ... and when that happens, you have to monitor the chat because it might time out before the rep appears, just refresh, but if you are patient, you WILL get a rep and my experiences with the reps is nothing but 5 stars.
