Wir versenden seit über zwei Jahren alle Bestellungen über die Swiss Post App. Funktioniert problemlos und spart uns viel Zeit. Bestellungen werden automatisch mit Trackingnummer ausgeführt. Für uns wohl die wichtigste App im App store .

Thanks for your reply. To clarify, my review is not based on a single message sent at 3 PM. I contacted support several times and did not receive a clear answer or proper assistance. The issue had been ongoing for several days, and the one-star review came after I felt stuck without support. What is even more frustrating is that your public reply gives a false impression of the situation, as if I had contacted you once and immediately left a negative review a few hours later. That is simply not true. What feels unfair to me is paying for an app and only getting a public response after leaving a negative review. Regarding the test labels and charges: the problem was not only about being charged. The main issue was that the setup was unclear, the app kept showing “specimen” labels, and I could not find a proper way to get support or resolve the problem. I’m still open to fixing the issue, but I believe my feedback reflects my actual experience with the app and the support process.

Terrible. Barely any functions, utterly useless for international shipping, expensive, useless helpfile and no unsubscribe button! Disaster. Do not bother. EDIT: And there is not support to contact either.

International shipping from switzerland simply doesn't work, the app doesn't let u generate Labels.

Super Service - funktioniert einwandfrei und wir können so viel einfacher unsere Bestellungen ausführen. Bei einem Formatierungsproblem wurde dieser umgehend behoben.

We use this app to print out shipping and return labels for Swiss Post. We find it very convenient as you can automate all the steps of label generation and order fullfillment. The tracking number is shown on the order and you can also create a tag with the shipping and return tracking numbers. Top!

Mit einer Frankierlizenz der Swiss Post haben wir unseren Versandprozess mittels dieser App automatisiert - wenige Klicks und schon ist das Label generiert und ausgedruckt auf unserem "Zebra"-Drucker. Ein praktische App, um Zeit zu sparen und den Versand-Prozess zu optimieren. Wir haben vorher alle Adressen "von Hand" abgetippt und manuell frankiert. Mit dieser App ist die Frankierung mit wenigen Klicks erledigt.
