Thanks for your reply. To clarify, my review is not based on a single message sent at 3 PM. I contacted support several times and did not receive a clear answer or proper assistance. The issue had been ongoing for several days, and the one-star review came after I felt stuck without support. What is even more frustrating is that your public reply gives a false impression of the situation, as if I had contacted you once and immediately left a negative review a few hours later. That is simply not true. What feels unfair to me is paying for an app and only getting a public response after leaving a negative review. Regarding the test labels and charges: the problem was not only about being charged. The main issue was that the setup was unclear, the app kept showing “specimen” labels, and I could not find a proper way to get support or resolve the problem. I’m still open to fixing the issue, but I believe my feedback reflects my actual experience with the app and the support process.

If you still need help, feel free to get in touch and I will gladly help you setting up the app! There are no chargees for TEST labels within the app! And also no charges for ALL labels within the test period of 3 days!
Terrible. Barely any functions, utterly useless for international shipping, expensive, useless helpfile and no unsubscribe button! Disaster. Do not bother. EDIT: And there is not support to contact either.
Thanks for your review and really sorry to hear. The app has the all the functions the Swiss Post provides to merchants. If you need help you may easily contact the support (instead of reading our helpfile).
International shipping from switzerland simply doesn't work, the app doesn't let u generate Labels.
Sorry to hear that you have difficulties. Other merchants run the international shipping without any issues. Might be that the difficulties are related to your store setup? Please ping us on the support mail, we are here to help.
We used to partner with a third party Swiss Post developer/app to fill and print our orders. When we contacted support to set up, we had to take the Swiss official app. I have to say your app is not as good. We were able to fill and print our orders from our order page, not having to jump back and forth from the app. The function to fill is not efficient. And it does not fill and send tracking on our shopify page so it is causing 5X the effort to use your services and causes more confusion.
We are about to provide a "built-in" Shopify solution which will come up latest Q4/2021. Regarding the tracking number: this is a setting you can easily active within the app - maybe it is a bit hidden, so you couldn't find it - but the function is available.
