I just started using this app and had some initial issues setting up (learning curve). Customer service was very responsive and helpful. My representative answered all of my questions and helped resolve my issues.

La aplicacion sirve para mostrar los tiempos de entrega, se pueden personalizar segun el tiempo con etiquetas, es muy util. La recomiendo bastante y el equipo de soporte y desarrolladores que tienen, son muy atentos y te resuelven las dudas.

Needed a custom adjustment to the code and the support team replied real quick and told me that they will be making the adjustment for our store! great support, definitely looking forward to use the app.

Highly recommended. I tried a few apps without having much luck until I found this one. It's simple to use but has lots of advanced features if you have more complex needs. Support is very helpful and fast to respond.

Anna was extremely helpful. In addition to this, the app is an ideal way to display your shipping times in a professional manner. Highly recommended! The service I received from one customer service agent, which I am not going to mention by name, was merely negligible and unsupportive, to the point where I was about to delete the app, until I came across another agent who was super helpful, and finally Anna who provided the best service. As a result, I have decided to stay since I was able to receive all the assistance I needed to get everything setup easily and well.

It's exactly what I needed to organize my shipping times and convey more transparency to customers. At first it didn't integrate well with my theme, but the lightning-fast customer service team went ahead and promptly fixed it for me.

This is a great app. So user friendly and does exactly what it meant to do. So many options to make the message stands out. I used this app to help me show the shipping message on product, cart and checkout page, I think it is very helpful. The most important feature is that it can show shipping message on order information which can help us deal with a lots of customer complaints. By the way, I think its customer service is also very good.
