I am updating my review below: I have used this app for more than a year and it has been a tremendous help for us since we deliver large goods and we need customers to be home to receive them. Our clients can choose a preferred delivery date and time and I can make configurations as I please to allow more or fewer delivery slots depending on our availability of trucks and delivery teams. The support team has been really great too when I asked them for assistance with the calendar positioning. The Look and feel of the calendar itself are minimal and simple, just great for our store. This is the best app I found for delivery slot allocation. Thanks, @appsonrent team.

Value for money if you are looking for a simple delivery date option. Good UI. this app would be even better if they are able to set different dates for different products.

The app functions great for our local delivery logistics, though it did need a lot of custom code tweaking to tailor it to our Cart/Checkout page and functionality. Fortunately, the developer is very responsive, finds the solution, and is quick to turnaround a request, very pleased...

I have been using the app since the creation of my Shopify website, it worked well until 2 back to back orders where clients did not put delivery informations on their orders. The delivery informations buttons were placed after the "check out " and "payment" buttons on mobile devices and that created confusion for customers! Fortunately I contacted the app support team directly via the « Help » email and they managed to fix it within an hour or so. Great service, mega relieved!! Thank you!

I like the app. but the problem is every now and then it conflicts with my theme. and my menu stops working. This time you can't even Add To Cart from product page. But when I disable the app. everything works fine. I am thinking of switching to different app.

Very easy to navigate...accomplished exactly what I needed. I did not need the "time" feature, but it's nice to know it's there if we ever decide to get that specific on deliveries.

Used to work well, but out of a sudden, it just disappears and cant work, the delivery date and time slot wont load out once the page finishes loading, 2 days cant load up the issues.

One of the best experiences we have had with an app developer. Support is fantastic and they help with everything in order for the store to work as we intended. Our main goal was to get the customers to always choose delivery date and time before checkout, this has been resolved. As well as the app itself is easy to use and has great functions.

I used the app to schedule and plan scheduled deliveries. It would be great if it had support for disabled people as well as group the calendar / day view according the time slots.

Support is responsive and helpful. The app serves my basic needs and works well to allow orders to pick their date and time slots. I wish it could do more like adding in more custom fields or selections, or preorder settings based on product. But it's good enough for now.
